beautiful house, extremely quiet place, perfect for relaxing and resting. very safe condominium and with restaurant. i have pet and it is extremely safe because everything is walled with no way to escape, it has a delicious lawn for pet to run a lot.

a great house to spend a few days with the family, a great structure and a beautiful view of the mountains, easy access 100 m from Fernão Dias. not to mention the reception of Kaique and his family, super receptive. without a doubt we will return more often!

We decided to spend the weekend and celebrate my wife's birthday at Fernando's Airbnb, and it was undoubtedly one of the best experiences we've ever had with Airbnb. I travel the world frequently, and yet this place went straight to my top 3 best accommodations to relax and enjoy with the family. From the beginning, we were warmly welcomed by Camila and her husband, who are incredible people and made all the difference in our stay. We started the days with a delicious breakfast prepared by them and, throughout the time, we had attentive support for any questions or needs. Despite the cold and rainy weather, the pool heated to 36 degrees was a perfect invitation to relax and enjoy the wonderful view. It was a 5-star experience from start to finish. I strongly recommend it to everyone who has the opportunity

On the day we went to the site, the communication with Guilherme was excellent. The availability he provided us with left us satisfied. The house has a wide and very beautiful outdoor area. The room accommodates well the advertised quantity and everything was very clean! The house is between monte alegre and relief, being very good to visit both sites.

The best cost benefit in Monte Verde!!!! What a beautiful, spacious and comfortable chalet (apartment) with two suites. I was simply delighted. Next to the center of Monte Verde (literally) you can do everything on foot and without having to spend on parking (which is difficult to find). I recommend it without a doubt.

It was an amazing experience. We loved everything in the chalet, from the reception, to the chalet that is spectacular!!! An incredible sunset, lots of privacy, well-equipped kitchen, very helpful, polite hosts. It is well worth staying in the chalet.

Simply unforgettable! My husband, Alexandre, and I had the privilege of staying in one of the best cottages in Monte Verde, Minas Gerais, and we couldn't help but record our experience. The chalet is a true haven: reserved, quiet and, at the same time, a few minutes from the main restaurants, shops and tourist attractions of the center. The two-sided fireplace, which heats both the living room and the bedroom, is a charm in itself and makes the atmosphere even more welcoming and romantic. The infrastructure is fantastic: simple, functional and extremely cozy. All household utensils were available and in excellent condition, which made our meals much easier and even inspired us to innovate in the menu. We also highlight the impeccable cleanliness, the incredible bathroom and a shower that is a spectacle in itself! Mr. Roberto deserves special mention: attentive, clear in information and always available. We felt truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. C

The casita is a delight. Great location and easy to access. Wonderful view (the best I've seen in SFX so far). Well-decorated, clean and cozy space Very comfortable bedding, mattress and pillows. Communication was very easy with Alejandro and the housekeeper, who was very helpful and kindly gave us avocados and lemons "from the tree". Thank you very much and we will definitely be back :)

My husband and I were simply delighted with Viny's space. Really, folks, the house is built on a rock, with glass walls, which provides an incredible view and a lot of privacy, since there are curtains to ensure comfort. The entire wall is an immense rock, and we are delighted with this unique experience of living in this special environment. Beautiful flowers, picked and placed in glass vases to welcome us, small details that make all the difference.  The kitchen is complete and well-equipped, and the house is cozy, functioning as a true haven. Its location is excellent, in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Viny and Mr. Antônio are good people, attentive and receptive. Without a doubt, it was an incredible experience that I recommend to everyone who wants to live unforgettable moments in a unique setting.

The cottage has a breathtaking view! Very cozy and functional, it accommodated us very comfortably and we lacked nothing. One can see all the care and affection of Dionéia and Leandro in receiving: many treats and details that make a total difference for those who stay. We'll be back for sure!

amazing place! a little far from gonçalves, but this made the trip even more fun because we got to know the more rural neighborhoods. close to one of the most famous waterfalls in the city, and the restaurant of the éderson family has delicious food! he was super receptive, helped us get to the place when we got a little lost lol the cottage is beautiful! I felt at home, it has everything you need to cook if you want, the view is wonderful, the place is very cozy and quiet. everything is new and works perfectly well. I highly recommend staying here!

The house was extremely clean and very well equipped, organized and very functional! Very well maintained and clean garden. Very considerate and available hosts. He brought us an adapter in minutes when we needed it. I highly recommend it! We had a great time as a family.

Our stay was excellent. The house is huge and very cozy. It has an excellent gourmet area with barbecue, refrigerator, pool table, bathroom, etc. Xislayne was super attentive and welcomed us very well! We are very grateful to her for every care and detail in the organization and cleanup. The house has a beautiful view and a balcony with hammock to relax. The city of Camanducaia also has easy access to Monte Verde. Finally, the house and the entire stay exceeded expectations and I was able to spend great moments with my family.

The stay at Casarao Ateliê was delightful! Flat house, clean land, quiet place and surrounded by nature! there is a nice space to make a fire, hammocks on the balcony, as well as a mattress for use during the day on the balcony too (great for taking a nap in the afternoon). the house was super clean, full kitchen! access is by dirt road, but without any problem (I went in a season without rain). Ligia was attentive and available to give tips. for those who want to disconnect in the middle of nature, I highly recommend it!

We were lucky to get cold days with temperatures that were below zero in the morning and the house was ready to serve us! Heaters in all rooms, clean and fragrant bed and bath linens of excellent quality It has all the household utensils to avoid any kind of difficulty. The location is excellent and easily accessible. The landscape of the place is enchanting. Walter was always available before, during and after our stay. The employee Dirce who received us is friendly and helpful. The house has games for the children so they don't get bored. It is possible to notice that everything there is done with great zeal and care. We will definitely return!!!

The house is exactly like in the pictures, located in a high place with a lot of silence and beauty. The dirt road is good and even the night is quiet to arrive in the city in 15 minutes. The kitchen is well equipped, top-notch linens and towels and excellent mattresses. Upstairs is an all-glazed living room with super comfortable sofas to relax. Be sure to take a bath of ofurô. It's a little hard to connect the first time, but the experience pays off. I highly recommend it!

We spent a wonderful weekend at the house to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The house is super cozy and well equipped with everything we need. The bedding is of great quality, and the view of the mountains is simply beautiful — a true haven. We loved taking the walk to the river early in the morning, it was one of the highlights of the stay. Angelica was extremely attentive and responded quickly to all our questions. Our stay was amazing!! Rodrigo was always very helpful, gave us several recommendations and always gave us a lot of attention. Very complete house, very well-equipped kitchen, all rooms have hair dryers and face tissues, everything very well thought out and beyond expectations. The view is amazing and the architecture of the house is very well structured, the leisure area is also amazing!! On the last night alone, we got a heavy rain and had some small leaks in the living room area, but nothing extreme.
