Thomas was very attentive and the apartment is small and cozy. The double bed could be a little bigger, it didn't have to be a King, but a Queen maybe. The internal noise is a negative point, but the location and the condominium staff are fantastic. Everything was very straightforward. It was worth it and we will do it again!

The apartment is in a safe and excellent location for reaching everything Santos has to offer. The beach is just a few minutes' walk away, as well as a children's area, supermarkets and various activities. The apartment is clean and tidy with everything you need for your stay. Quiet stay Well located flat, close to several restaurants, malls and bars, and with a beautiful view of the beach. Marcelo was quick and friendly. It's very worth the cost-benefit. We'll be back for sure!

Excellent option for staying in Santos! The location is exceptional, the view is magnificent and the apartment is very well sized. The unit is located in a block of flats and the condominium offers several facilities for guests. The hosts were very welcoming, have excellent communication and provided accurate and valuable information. As a caveat, it can be noted that the apartment is quite impersonal, not very cozy, and needs several minor maintenance and some upgrades.

I had a wonderful stay! I really liked the location, the space, the view - which is surreal - the easy and cordial service. Cleanliness of the APE and shower also excellent! The only thing that bothered me a little was the size of the bed, I think it could be bigger, the noise of the refrigerator and the bedroom door that I felt a little difficult to close. Otherwise everything was perfect!! It was totally worth the price! I can't wait to come back on a sunnier day to see the sunset.

We loved the 4 days we spent there! Kaio is super friendly and helpful, the place was exactly as in the photos, super cozy, quiet place and super close to the beach, very well located. It met all our expectations and we were very well accommodated.
