It's been an incredible four days. The view of the place is beautiful, even more in the sunsets. Neto and the caretakers were very caring and kind. We'll be back more often for sure!

The house has an amazing view and good rooms. The outside area is also very good. The place is very quiet.

The main house is a charm, very well decorated, very good living space. In terms of utensils, very well equipped, perhaps the best farm you rented in this regard. The well manicured garden, the housekeeper always present. The separate houses give more privacy, I just missed a place for a family of four. Only the bedroom of the main house that is on the mezzanine does not have as much privacy but for my hosting it did not interfere at all. It's a place that would definitely come back to.

João Pedro was super attentive and helpful, he helped us in everything we need. The place is very beautiful, nice, and easy to get to. The house and pool were very clean. The only issue is that the structure and some furniture need a good makeover. But I highly recommend hosting.

A large and very well taken care of Chácara. I highlight the care and cleanliness of the place, it is clear that it is maintained with affection. Very tasty for spending days with friends and family. We couldn't even use all the spaces. Good rooms, kitchen, barbecue area, games and soccer field. I didn't go with kids, but the playground was amazing. There was still a floor barbecue, a wood stove... as in the description. The only space that wasn't working was the spa, as warned by the host. Communication with Gislaine was very easy and efficient, and she also received us with great attention at check-in. I hope to return with family and friends.

Gustavo is an excellent host, was present and concerned about our experience. Typical farmhouse, very well preserved, even without air conditioning is fresh, all rooms have a fan and quality linen. The wifi is good everywhere. Every day the water from the jacuzzi and swimming pool are changed and the best part is mineral water. The pool/jacuzzi area has a kitchen with great infrastructure. Nice in front of the treats, it was a show apart, amazing spice! Taking care of breakfast for dinner, and surprising us a few times; with a coffee and cake in the middle of the afternoon, off your whimsy when setting the table worthy of a boutique hotel. Alex, he spared no effort, showing us everything the farm offers, took us to the waterfall, picked fruit, took care of our pizzeria, even set up a makeshift “hammock” for a game we organized among the family. What a duo thank you Alex and Nice! Congratulations on your home, posture, and staff. It was definitely an unforgettable experience

Rei lopes was extremely careful with every detail from the first contact , quickly responded to all the messages, in addition to making available a complete site with tours in the city. The house was impeccable: clean, organized and very smelling. It has all the necessary utensils. The house is large, spacious and comfortable rooms that accommodate very well. The view is perfect, exactly as described. Difficult to choose only one preferred location inside. We love everything and we definitely recommend it and will be back.

the house was what we were looking for for a relaxing holiday... a lot of contact with nature and zero stress.. the neighborhood is super quiet.. the main noise throughout the day is the birds... the house has the necessary infrastructure for everyday life.

One of the best accommodations my family has stayed in, from the beginning Joelma was very helpful, always responded quickly, answered all questions, was very flexible, fair and cordial. The accommodation was extremely clean, it is very spacious, very good pool, has all the utensils necessary for the stay, easy to reach, easy to check in and check out, the accommodation is wonderful much better than but photos can book without fear, my family felt at home, all great. Our stay at Victor's was the best we've had on Airbnb to date. Dora is amazing, a strong woman with a wonderful life story, super helpful, always willing to help, loves to welcome guests into her home and makes us feel right at home! She gave us all the privacy we could have and helped us with everything! We got a warm, delicious carrot cake! We just love it! Super recommended! We'll be back for sure!

The Palmital Site was a great find to rest on a long holiday. We were in a group of only 8 people, so there was room left on site - which holds 16+ people. Most of the rooms are a suite and those that are not have easy access to other bathrooms. To get to the site you need to take a half hour of dirt road, which when we passed was very dry and without mud and the cars passed without difficulties. The coordinates by Google Maps were precise and could easily arrive by looking calmly. About the site, we think it's amazing! It is very calm and without any external noise, only the corner of the birds, insects and other animals of the region. The site's swimming pool was always at a very nice temperature, even at night. They also had some wild ducks taking advantage of the pool, but they didn't bother much. The trees of the site provided a good shade even though there was a very large heat outside.

We had a wonderful and very cozy weekend. The house and the leisure area are excellent. The owners are very receptive, attentive, helpful. Flexible check-in and check-out. The house is next to Thermas, you can go on foot. Very good !!!! We will definitely be back. Just like me and my whole family love and highly recommend it.

Eliana was very helpful and friendly, we feel at home.The villa is excellent, ample lawn, very good pool, very large barbecue area. The well-organized rooms with suitable bedding, kitchenware available. Place and host extremely nice.

It was a wonderful period. I wanted to rest, be at peace and enjoy a delicious pool. It was the way I imagined it! The "noise" that existed was the singing of birds. The house made me feel a desire to stay there, resting on the net and making affection at Ivy, which is a wonderful kitty of the hosts. I was able to put my feet on the grass, feel all the delicious energy this provides. The countryside is indescribable and the friendliness and warmth of the hosts made it all worth it. Not to mention the respect for privacy and comfort provided. I will come back for sure!!

Everything is wonderful! The house has everything you need, plus a beautiful view, perfect for those who love nature and tranquility! The accommodation is exactly like in the pictures, super spacious, large and very well organized. It accommodates all people in air-conditioned suites very well. The lazar area is really the differential, very spacious. All communication with the host was cordial, respectful and with prompt response. The housekeeper Adilson is super fine people, helped us with everything we need always with a smile on his face. Excellent location, close to the city center, with market, gas station and other trades right next door. I recommend this accommodation.

The ranch is very good, with many kitchen utensils, good mattresses, very spacious, very good pool, the host João very attentive and proactive. There are some points in Rio that fishing is prohibited and it is good to be attentive and check with the host the places that can fish without the risk of being fined. have been very good family days.

It's worth the cost benefit!! Home as advertised. Julia is always very attentive to our doubts. It's not close to the center, but it's a very good location. Super recommend it.
