Holiday rentals with beach access in Ito, Japan

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. De très belles chambres avec vue sur la mer ! Juste dommage que la douche était à l’étage. Sinon tout était parfait.

何度もリピートしていて、お気に入りの宿です。今回は宿に忘れ物をしたのですが、快く対応して頂き大変助かりました。

I stayed here for two nights while I was backpacking, and Ikko was super responsive and kind, the apartment is in a nice location in Ito and is packed to the brim with anything you may need. Would definitely stay again.

Nice view of the ocean, and close to the fish market and train!

Airi was very friendly and helpful, we stayed at her apartment, which was lovely and had a beautiful view of the sea. The surroundings were spectacular but maybe were bit difficult to move by foot, but there were busses that connected to shimoda station.

Ben est au top, très attentionné et à l’écoute de nos demandes. Logement situé juste à côté de la gare, je reviendrai !

We had a wonderful stay! A great little place to experience a quite Japan feeling. Had all the amneties we required for a few days. Very efficient and easy check in. Walkable distance to train station, taxi recommended if one has alot of luggage 😁

Comfortable apartman, room was more spacious than it looked on the pictures:D However, it was designed for people with smaller stature, so someone who's above 180 cm might find it uncomfortable. Central location, relatively close to the bus and the sea. Many amenities offered, also close to many restaurants and convinience stores. Very communicative and helpful host. :) The only downside is that we had to be careful with the amount of hot water used for showering and dishes. Overall a great experience:D.

年越しで5日間お世話になりました！ 4歳の娘もいたのですが、ステップ台があったり、子供用の食器があったり、お庭にはトランポリン、ボール、ブランコ、バドミントンがあったりと、暇になることなく家族で楽しめました！ 両親も一緒でしたが寝室も２階に２部屋あるので、睡眠空間も快適でした！ お庭には柑橘類がたくさん実っていて、みかん狩り～と楽しく取らせてもらい美味しく頂きました😋 ありがとうございました！

Great sea view, great facilities, very clean, valuable, near convenient store.

This place was incredible! It was a super short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants around. About a 15 minute walk to central Odawara. Yuki met us upon arrival and was friendly and helped us out. She send us local restaurants after we asked where to grab dinner. The space itself was clean, large, and comfortable. We will definitely recommend to friends. Thank you!

孫たち含めて8人で初めての貸別荘の宿泊でしたが、皆んながゆっくりくつろぐことができました。ありがとうございました♪ ただ､地上波の見方がわからないのと､お風呂の追い焚きができたら良かったなぁと思いました。

大人8人、子ども2人、3家族で宿泊させていただきました。お部屋も清潔で、寒い日の宿泊でしたが、部屋全体が暖かく、快適に過ごせました。海、駅、コンビニ、マック、温泉も徒歩圏内で、アクセスも良く、近くに美味しいケーキ屋さんもありました。初めての利用でしたが、とてもご丁寧にご連絡いただくなど、とても良い旅行の思い出が出来ました。

非情に綺麗でホスピタリティに溢れた施設でした。 対応が素早く、チェックイン・チェックアウト共に柔軟な時間で対応していただき大変ありがたかったです。 食器や調理器具も種類が豊富で、追加で注文できるお肉・お魚は種類内容ともにとても満足感がある内容で、大満足でした。 浜辺まで歩いていける近さでロケーションも最高です。 是非また利用させていただきたいと思っています。

周辺に施設も多く、徒歩でも楽しめました。

The host was so sweet and responsive, he also communicated super well in english! The place was a short walk from the beach, and the locals around here were the nicest we encountered on our whole trip (which was a high bar to set!) The restaurant right down the street has amazing food, and the neighborhood cat was so friendly and waited for us to come home so we could pet him. The house was super clean and filled with the cutest, traditional, and most detailed decorations. You can tell the host has put a lot of time and love into the place, and he even leaves water and popsicles in the fridge for you to enjoy! Also coloring sheets and a notebook to write your adventures in. Overall a 10/10 experience and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to come to Odawara.

下田地区性价比极高的房源！ 房源本身很干净，有小厨房可以做饭，厨具一应俱全。 房源的地理位置极佳，靠近车站，可以轻松乘坐公交车前往稍远一点的地方。但并不吵闹，在一条安静的小路上，房屋前还有一条美丽的河流。附近至少有3家大型超市和3家大型药妆店，还有几家便利店，一间自助洗衣房。生活很便利。 可以免费使用房东的自行车，我骑着它去了下田公园和爪木崎。 最后，Keita是位非常友善且易于沟通的房东，我有一家想吃的餐馆只接受电话预订，keita 帮我进行了沟通。感谢Keita和他美丽的房源，我已经开始想念下田了

Very good place to stay! The beach is just a short 5 minute walk which we very much enjoyed. The view from the balcony is great. Not a whole lot of places to eat nearby but there is a full kitchen to cook with. We also stayed during typhoon and host was very responsive and let us stay an extra day as the trains were suspended.

Spotlessly clean, cozy, and an easy walk to a stunning beach. We loved our stay and can’t wait to return.

The condo is located right off the main drag and directly across from a semi-private cove of one of the best beaches in Shimoda! The photos are true to life, the place was in pristine condition, all appliances worked out perfectly, and the bedding was super comfortable! Cheryl is a great hostess! The one thing we wish we could have changed was the weather, as it was misty and windy during our stay, and then of course, the sun popped out the day we had to leave :( Hoping we can get a do-over and land Cheryl's place again some day!

Great location walking distance from Shirahama Beach. Beautiful views of the coast and loved the wood throughout the condo.

綺麗で気持ちの良い部屋でした。中心部からも近く便利です。

最高の宿泊が出来ました。ありがとうございました。落雷の影響で数時間停電するアクシデントもありましたが、常に返信やアクションも早く、宿泊者を第一に考えてくださってると感じました。宿も素晴らしかったです。写真よりも家が広く、海が近く、新しかったので、より満足しています。おかげさまでサウナとBBQと音楽を堪能出来ました。また必ず行きます。

利用まで非常にスムーズでした。 ありがとうございました。
