There are several day-use hot springs nearby, and the giant supermarket "Don Quixote" and the popular tourist shopping mall "Marine Town" are also conveniently located 10-15 minutes on foot. From the veranda of the house, you can watch the fireworks display and the sunrise from the sea. Swimming, hot spring tours, fireworks viewing, and business use are also welcome. 15-min. walk from Ito station, 5-min. walk to the beach. Parking space is available. You can use the entire house except for 2 storage rooms. Great for sea bathing, Spa-hopping, fishing, etc.
