my family and I spent an amazing Mother's Day weekend. our beautiful house, very clean,has all necessary utensils, spectacular gourmet area., perfect sound system, beautiful pool and a wonderful visit from the sunset. safe and very quiet condominium. André always answering all questions and was very kind to the flexibility of our checkout. We will definitely be back.

The space of the house is very pleasant, very large room with various rooms and comfortable rooms, the outdoor area is even better, a very good gourmet space, barbecue, wood oven and pizza oven. The pool is big and the kids have a lot of fun. The green area is very beautiful, an orchard with several different fruits, very cool. The condominium is very high standard, too beautiful and best of all, practically within the city, great supermarkets less than 5 minutes from the concierge. Everyone's service was perfect, from booking to our checkout.

The house is great, has nice architecture, very well equipped and in a super quiet place. Three great rooms (one en-suite). Space clean, organized, very well maintained. The swimming pool and garden area is very nice and there are no near neighbors, which makes everything very green and quiet. The kitchen is very well-equipped and there is a second space for cooking ( a pavilion) with great utensils, air conditioner, etc. There is a good Home Theater. The place is easy to reach, the housekeeper was waiting for us, all very easy and fast. We had a great experience, I highly recommend it to anyone who is considering this option.

The accommodation is simply perfect and faithful to the photos in the listing. Everyone in the family praised the house and in fact it is a beautiful house: large, airy, tidy, which made the stay much more pleasant. We were in a group of 27 people to sleep and everyone was accommodated peacefully in the beds. And a group of 50 people who spent the day, who were also easily received, reinforcing the structure of the house for large and medium-sized events. Something that caught our attention were the accessibility items (wheelchairs, adapted bathroom) because we had some people with mobility difficulties and this support was incredible. Congratulations to Fernando (owner) and Israel (housekeeper) for their kindness from the first contact to check-out. We'll be back for sure!!

The space has exceeded my expectation. If you are looking for a nice, clean, quiet and very leisurely space to enjoy with the family at a fair price, it is very worth this home, the children loved and the adults enjoyed a lot. The hostess was very attentive, always available. I recommend it each and would definitely come back.

Aline and Adriano were sweethearts. We were greeted with a delicious lemon cake. The house is as beautiful as in the photos and super cozy. For those who want to rest, the place is great. Whenever I can, I'll be back.

The host Felipe from the first contact was very helpful, we spent the Easter holiday with the family. The house is better than in the photos, all very well maintained, clean, super-equipped kitchen, large and clean pool, very nice gourmet area. Even the football field made the most success with both adults and children. The condominium is beautiful and very quiet! The only thing I can leave as a suggestion is that I had in the main room or in the gourmet area a TV, other than that it was perfect. We only have to thank you.

Wow, I loved the stay very much. Lu, very receptive and the house was very clean with sheets, pillows, dishcloths and we still got an Easter chocolat🐣! The small eh house but becomes cozy, has a legal area where dogs are snooping on the street.

I went to play with my band at an event in Itu. We stayed for a short period, between the sound check and the show, and returned to São Paulo on the same day. But it was worth every penny and every second of rest! The house is very spacious, airy and is in a very quiet place 15 minutes from the central square. The room has a special charm. Very spacious and has a very charming taco floor. Keila (Jhonata's mother, if I'm not mistaken) took care of the reception and she is a very sweet, available, generous and attentive person. A thousand stars!

We found the house wonderful, besides the location being very good, quiet and safe. We like tranquility, so it was a place to really rest, where you have easy access to markets, pharmacies, bakeries and restaurants. Perfect place for those who want to stay away from busier centers. Debora was an incredible hostess, from the beginning she helped me with location issues, how to get there more easily, when I arrived she welcomed me with her son, very kind, gave me many tips on where to eat and helped me get to places. Made our arrival time more flexible. I just have to thank you for all the help, we didn't even want to leave lol We will definitely come back more often, I have already guaranteed it and I will be back soon to spend more days!!!

Fabi was extremely solicitous, always responded quickly and gave several good tips about the services of the region. The house is very beautiful and comfortable. There are 6 suites that accommodate in comfort 12 people. The help of Val and Damaris was essential to be more relaxed with the kitchen and to keep the house in order. Everything is great. Local mto for rest, retro and cozy facilities, quiet neighbors. I felt super at ease, we were welcomed and directed. we like it too much and intend to go back. if you do not have a high car, I indicate not to go by the dirt road, if you have more pleasant views ❤️

Thank you Bruno and Andressa. House is exactly as described. The fact of having air-conditioning in all the bedrooms, in addition to the living room brings above average comfort. The pool is very large and the view enchants all the time.

The pool area is extremely pleasant and cozy to spend the quiet day, only had a little bit of dust, but I believe it is because it is not a home that receives housing all the time, however it was not something that bothered or disturbed the trip. In addition, Sonia is a great host and very helpful, having helped us several times during our stay and being flexible with the times!!

Tatiana and her husband are super considerate. They gave tips, they responded quickly. About the accommodation is much better than in the photos presented on the site. The space is very large, accommodates very well. The best part was the wide barbecue area and all the available utensils that served us very well, making it easier for us to go, since we went in a few cars. The very clean place.
