Perfect for trips with children, families, and friends, 3LDK (ideal for 5 people, can accommodate up to 7 people). The owner himself renovated a vacant house built 50 years ago to make it a warm space. There are 3 bedrooms, so you can relax while ensuring privacy. A short drive to Lake Hamana, Benten Island, and Kanazanjji Temple. JR Takatsuka Station and the Sawayaka Takatsuka store are within walking distance. Please use it as a base for traveling in Hamamatsu.

The station and supermarket are also close, making it suitable for parties with friends and circuit events.
