It is a very accessible and central place just 150 meters from the Puente, but at the same time it gives the feeling of being a more remote place. This house is for family use. Its access is via 1 minute by boat. It is not rented for groups of friends or parties. Surroundings live foreigners retired so the neighbor's committee does not strictly allow music and scandal after 7:30pm
