Calico Bluff American Cabin

Our cabin sits on a bluff about 60-80 feet above the White River with a beautiful view from back deck! This deck is literally on the edge of the bluff! 180 degree view of river and beautiful pasture across river from cabin. Our cabin is one of three that sit fairly secluded on land with private road. We own the middle cabin & 6.6 acres around and across gravel road from it. Signage alerts public they are trespassing. Very quiet.

Place was great, had a few hiccups because of Mother Nature, heavy storms and lost power, kam kept us posted with timelines on power being restored. Nice place to relax, did some fishing.

Highly recommend this beautiful farmhouse for your next stay in Mountain View! Perfectly nestled between town and Sylamore Creek, it offers the best of both convenience and nature. The home had everything we needed and more—plenty of toys, books, and board games to keep everyone entertained. There were more than enough linens and towels, and everything was spotless. Clean, cozy, and incredibly kid-friendly—this place felt like home! Dustin was very friendly and more than prompt in responding to messages, which made the stay even smoother.
