Carefully designed in the center of İzmir, 1 min to the historical elevator, 5 min to the beach and tram, 15 min to Konak on foot, 10 min to Üçyol metro, our apartment is on the 5th You need to climb stairs, but we will carry your luggage for you :) Tea, filter coffee, Turkish coffee, Nescafe and water are on the house :) You can enjoy Netflix prime video series or movies while you are at home In addition, according to the new law, we need to report the identity information of the guests to the police station.

Magnificent Stone House2 in the Center of Izmir

The house is 2 stories only and located at a hill overlooking the bay of İzmir. The ground of the house is rocky and considered one of the safe areas for earthquake.The Building has a spacious garden. There is also a common big terrace with great sea view. The house is just 5 minutes walk to the seaside, Konak Square, Clock Tower and the historical Kemeralti Bazaar. There are buses every 3 minutes to and from Konak Square from which you reach all public transportation like metro, bus, and ferry.

Gece-Gündüz canlı ve güvenli bölge. Specially decorated by the architect, ATMs are 5 minutes away. Sea and park view. Konak pier and clock tower within walking distance. And transportation takes 2 minutes by bus passing the door.

(10 minutes by walk.) Apartment is on the 6th floor with an elevator. Our kitchen is well equiped and at your disposal for your own cooking. Free and unlimited fiber wi-fi. Apartment is at the middle of the various kind of restaurants, pubs and cafes.

Our building has elevator so you don't need to climb any stairs with your heavy luggages. Our parking place is not ok for vans. we can't allow bigger than SUV

The underground/tube and bus stops are 2 minutes walk as well, located at Üçyol center. You’re only 5 mins away from the Historical Elevator. You can walk to seaside (Karataş) in 6-7 minutes and take the tram to Alsancak and Göztepe.
