The place is very good, the house is small but very comfortable, the gourmet space is very good, well equipped with everything we need. the pool was very clean, the lighting of the outdoor area is very good too. My stay was simply perfect! From the first contact, communication with the host was quick, attentive and welcoming. The location is excellent, in a quiet, safe area with easy access to everything. The bed is super comfortable, the rooms are well ventilated and illuminated. We met Sergio on the way to pick up the key to the accommodation and did the same to return it, with easy communication. The house is very beautiful, more beautiful than in the photos, impeccable cleanliness and super functional. It had basic cooking items and everything was very comfortable. The outdoor kitchen is excellent for enjoying the evening. We highly recommend and we would definitely come back.

The house is very cozy, all rooms have ceiling, the kitchen has everything. The location is the best possible, quiet, and with a wonderful waterfall in the yard, you can hear the noise from the balcony of the house. Lucia was the best host possible, everything exceeded expectations. For those looking for a quiet place close to nature, you will hardly find anything better.

He made wonderful recommendations that helped us a lot on our tour of the Serra do Cipó. The house is close to the shopping center, the place is very quiet at night and during the day as well. Some repairs here and there end up being necessary over time, but the comfort, stillness, beauty and uniqueness of the place remain impeccable! The house is wonderful! Super well-equipped kitchen! Region very quiet, safe and with a lot of privacy! Perfect BBQ Area, Swimming Pool and Jacuzzi! The suite bed is very good! Mattress quality and excellent bed linens! I don't want to leave!!!

Excellent location, close to BH, safe, located within a condominium and quiet, in the morning we only heard the birds singing, which was essential for our rest. Our stay at Matheus' place was great, my dogs loved playing on the grass and the little lights. The house is located in a very quiet and quiet neighborhood. Mr. César received us and was very attentive.

Robert was very attentive throughout the whole process of the stay, the place is very comfortable, well equipped and the hydro and swimming pool are wonderful. We also used a lot of the pool, which generated good haha departures, in our stay the site had three refrigerators, which helped a lot!
