Brand new apartment. With Kitchen, fridge and stove. Nice outside PRIVATE chilling area. It's a few minutes drive to downtown, beaches and our national park. You can take a hot shower :D. WIFI fast and reliable! -Hot water in the shower -Private parking (fenced) -Hair dryer -Beach chairs that you can take to the beach -Spices are in the apartment (in case you want to cook :-) -Towels -Beach towels - -Iron and Ironing board -Fridge -AWESOME SERVICE!!!

Mariska’s place provided a wonderful experience for my family and me. The entire space felt modern and airy, with a lovely Tulum vibe that truly enhanced our stay. Love this place. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the hotel strip (where there’s lots to do) TresTrapi (about 5 minutes by car), Boca Catalina, Arashi Beach, California Lighthouse. The place is nice, love the extra touch of bathrobes, and comfy slippers. Kitchen is nice and spacious. The small pool is nice to cool off in while enjoying your complete privacy! No one can look inside. The way the bathroom has a sliding door to the pool makes it so you don’t have to walk through the place and get everything wet, you go straight from pool to bathroom shower. Love the interior design as well. It’s a perfect getaway for a single person or for a couple if you’re looking for a quiet, chill, and even romantic getaway spot. I highly recommend and would 100% book again.

Really amazing, nothing, absolutely nothing to envy in a hotel, it has everything you need to be comfortable, everything very clean and tidy, quiet and cozy. Another point to mention is that Ricky's Airbnb doesn't have hot water, it was something that at first made me doubt, however, it wasn't necessary, since the water is always warm, in the morning at night, at any time of the day it's nice to take a good shower! I recommend it a thousand times, it is a private space that has all the security and tranquility that one needs. Thanks for everything, Ricky.
