We'd great host. The house was really as described in the listing. It exceeded our expectations, as the service provided was beyond what we thought to close. There were bed and bath linens, as well as other small details that made a difference. We will definitely return.

The house is a comfortable, cozy and energetic space. The photos show exactly how the house is, with beautiful decoration, good books and comfort. The property is beautiful, without a doubt the contact with nature brought an even better experience to our stay. The dogs are gentle and very affectionate. We found blankets and duvets in the rooms for the cold period of that time. The kitchen was also equipped for us to prepare daily meals. I spoke daily with Regina before the check-in date to resolve some doubts and she was always very helpful and friendly. We recommend Maria Faceira and, if we can have this experience again, we will undoubtedly choose the place.

Very well equipped site, very nice, friendly, attentive and always supporting! We were able to enjoy a great rest and also from the comfort of the house, we will surely come back more often to enjoy this tranquility and this wonderful nature that the house provides for the occupants.

The house and the whole property and its surroundings are really wonderful, even better than in the pictures. The house is well equipped, has very pleasant living spaces (pool, ofuro, barbecue, living room...). Only negative point was that one of the bathrooms did not have hot water for the bath most of the time of the stay. The problem was solved with the homemaker. Communication with Stela (host) tbm worked well in all the interactions. We 8 approved the stay!

My stay was excellent! The place is exactly as in the photos – clean, organized and very welcoming. The hostess was super attentive and left everything ready for the experience to be perfect. A special highlight goes to the cook Cidinha, who is wonderful and prepared delicious food during the stay. I had no complaints, only compliments. I would definitely go back and highly recommend!

Our stay was simply delightful! The condominium is a true haven of peace, quiet and peaceful. Waking up to the lake view every day is priceless! The house is super spacious and comfortable, with four great en-suites. It is worth noting that the extra room is small, ideal for those traveling with a helper. The host was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The outdoor area is simply fantastic, with a swimming pool, Jacuzzi and barbecue... we spent most of our time there! I highly recommend it for those looking for rest and contact with nature.

I was delighted with the place, super organized and there wasn't so much bureaucracy to enter the building. The location was excellent, there were grocery stores, a bakery, and a pharmacy nearby. I loved the accommodation and Thiago was super kind to us, he responded quickly, recommended places and made our stay easier! I highly recommend it

Beautiful place, with lots of vegetation and an amazing space! The house is super equipped, very clean and cozy. Ivete was extremely attentive and always responded quickly. We were greeted with great affection by Cilene and Jefferson — she is a very helpful and dedicated person. We went as a family, with the elderly and children, and they all enjoyed a lot! The air-conditioned pool was the highlight of the fun. Without a doubt, we will return more often!

We spent a very delicious weekend, a quiet place with a beautiful view. The house is very complete, we do not miss anything, the homemade Tiago extremely helpful and helped us a lot. Augusto also very kind, easy to communicate, surprised us with the delivery of a cake for the afternoon coffee, small gestures make a lot of difference.

The outer space is amazing. Industrial kitchen with several sinks, well-equipped, 2 well located grills. The houses with bathrooms that cater well to a large number of people. Just the smell of paint in one of the houses and one of the still dirty barbecues are small spots to watch out for. But I super recommend the stay.

The house is a grace, quiet place, view of the incredible horizon. We caught a thunderstorm at night and had no problem, the light oscillated but returned at the same time. The housekeeper went to clean the pool in the morning. The kitchen is complete, we even made cake. We took our dog, she was super happy with the huge yard, and a round white puppy went to visit agt and played with her, super docil! Super recommend, we will return more often for sure. Itamar is super kind and answered our questions quickly. The apartment was super clean and perfectly accommodated me and my husband, both doing home office. In addition, it is close to markets, pharmacies, squares, varied restaurants, and the neighborhood is very safe. Super recommend!

I went with my family at this carnival , Laura's space has a sensational view, although the pool is far from the house , going down a ramp , a suggestion was to have a stove downstairs , it would help a lot , but nothing I may have disturbed our wonderful stay, the hostess is sensational , resolves everything very quickly and is always attentive only gratitude For this wonderful weekend!I'll be back

Great place to spend as a family. Clean, airy area with a large useful area, generating a greater feeling of comfort. I liked the location to move to different points of the city. Very calm neighborhood. Strongly recommend for those who want to spend time in São José dos Campos for a great price.

The second time I stay at the house of Mr. Antônio, everything great, super cozy house, it was 3 days of pure leisure, I will return more times without a doubt... Just a suggestion, to get even better if possible to tidy up the area near the dam, we took 2 jetski and we had difficulty leaving them stuck there on the ramp, we had to leave it in the Marina, other incredible lodging.
