Located on the second floor, it combines classic old-building elements with understated style and practical features – for everyone who doesn’t want to choose between aesthetics and functionality. 🛋️ Living & Dining Area The heart of the apartment is a spacious living room with high ceilings, a TV and a dining table – perfect for relaxed evenings, games or breakfast in the light of the bay windows. The room is connected to Bedroom 2, which can be opened or closed with a large wooden sliding door in old-building style – depending on mood and need. 🛏️ Bedrooms Two bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed (1.80 × 2.00 m), lots of natural light, clean design and lovely details. Quiet and ideal for couples, friends or small families. 🍽️ Kitchen with Balcony & Sitting Area The separate kitchen is equipped with everything needed for daily use: stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, dishes, pans and essentials. Especially cozy: a small couch invites you to relax – perfect for coffee or a book. From here, you access a small, charming balcony. 🚿 Bathroom Modern bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, sink and mirror. Towels, soap and toilet paper are provided. 🌀 Hallway & Layout All rooms are connected via a central hallway – cozy, clearly structured and full of historic flair. 🧺 Linen Packages (optional) Please note that bed linen and towels are not automatically included in the price. If desired, a linen package can be added for €8 per person. The package includes: • Bed linen (duvet cover, sheet, pillowcase) • 1 hand towel + 1 bath towel per person Just let us know when booking if you would like a package – we will prepare it for you. ⏰ Late Check-out (optional) A late check-out is available upon request and for an additional fee. Right on the Kaiser Wilhelm Bridge and within walking distance to the beach and harbor. On the doorstep are great nightlife and main attractions. The location is also a great starting point for cycling tours and excursions. The apartment is equipped with all the things you need every day. An elevator stops on the mezzanine floor, so only a few steps lead directly to the front door.

The apartment is located in the center of Wilhelmshaven, so attractions, restaurants and the main train station with adjoining shopping arcade are within walking distance. The décor is stylish and modern and ensures an exceptional stay with the open living and kitchen area. It is located on the 2nd floor, which is why it is nice and bright. There is no elevator in the house but a private parking space right outside the front door.
