This wonderful two-bedroom second-floor apartment can host up to 4 persons and is located in a tranquil and safe area in Cocles. The beach can be reached in under 5 walking-minutes. The house is build for the needs of tropical climate. High ceilings, no Windows, beautiful wood. There is no need for A/C. We also would not like to have A/C for several reasons: it's terrible for our climate, the noise pollution, Mosquito nets instead of windows. If this resonates with you, then we match! 🫶

It will be a joy to come home from a day at the beach to this quiet spacious apartment. You'll love waking up to the sound of howler monkeys and birds. Enjoy coffee on the front porch while you take in the beautiful gardens. You might spot a troup of howler or capuchin monkeys, or maybe even a sloth. Often you can hear the sound of the ocean.
