Pousada Serena is located at a key point in the city, close to markets, restaurants and everything you need for total convenience. The staff are super polite and helpful, we will definitely be back more often!

We went for a night in Campos do Jordão and the stay with Denis served us very well. Good location and lots of blankets for the city's cold.

Inn as described in the listing, it is a little far from the center, but for those who want to take a walk you can walk. We were well received and the staff was always available, apart from the very fresh and delicious breakfast.

Important: Read the description of the location and follow Renata's advice: Don't use Waze!!! I let it go unnoticed and it fell into a hole kkkkk... but everything was resolved quickly, Renata was super prompt and quick on the phone, I went around and went by the right road... Guys, everything they say about breakfast is true, we went with high expectation and we were not disappointed. The space is very beautiful, with the trout tank, the swing, I felt like entering the natural pools, but in this cold I thought it best not to risk, next time. But the corner we enjoyed the most was the "Canitnho da Soneca", perfect! We hit the fire, order a pizza, open a bottle of wine, and enjoy the view of the mountains and the stars. Awesome experience! Due to the pandemic, bathrooms are no longer shared, but exclusive, which is a great advantage! And if I'm going to get a single review, to be a very boring guest, I would just comment on the shower that there could be a higher water pressure. Everything else was perfect, Daiani was super prompt, helping us and giving tips on everything. We're definitely coming back to stay in the cabins!

The cottages are wonderful.. the reality exceeded my expectation. The view, the weather, the location! The breakfast deserves a congratulations aside.. everything delicious, fresh, made with affection!! Benedito and his wife are very attentive, they know how to welcome them!! A paradise in São Bento❤️

I thank the staff of Pousada do Sino, who made a difference in my stay, from the reception, to the maids, to the kitchen staff. It was worth the cost benefit, close to the center of Capivari, and new attractions, such as the LUSS brewery, which is inside the Bosque do Silêncio, practically 100 meters from the inn.

I super request host, simple but all new stay. Host starting with hosting! For sure, it will improve quickly, in the comfort of the accommodations.

I recommend further hosting near the Lia facilities. Differentiated service and hosting. Very high level restaurant. The best breakfast I've ever had in my LIFE. Surreal Landscape. Super recommend it.

We love hosting in the Alps, very cozy and very green to enjoy, the Breakfast very complete and variety. If you have Pet you will love power take it and enjoy the tour. We would definitely return. Mr. Henrique welcomed us very well and very attentive.

This is one of those hosts you already like for the listing, but when you arrive in person, you're in love! It is much better than in the pictures, we get surprised when we enter the chalet! All very clean, smells and organized! All new! Joyce is exceptional and has made us very comfortable, gave us tips on what to do and always responded with agility. Me and my husband have indicated this inn without fear, as it will be our hospadage the next times. The access to the city is by paved street, so there is no problem if it rains, which was our case. Thanks for the Joyce dedication, we hope to be back soon.

The place is absurdly charming and quiet. We had an excellent reception from Dina, her employee and her super affectionate pets. Impeccable breakfast and the place itself is wonderful. I highly recommend the accommodation and I will definitely return in the future.

The stay was very peaceful, Thiago responded quickly to all our questions and welcomed us very well and allowed us to leave our things in the house a little longer on the day of our checkout, so we could enjoy the day in downtown Capivari. I recommend it to everyone. :)
