House is located very close to the city center. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 of those being suites with TV and a ceiling fan, wi-fi, cable tv, as well as a pool, games room, hammocks, fireplace, changing rooms, and gardens. There is a groundskeeper that takes care of the external area upkeep. Cleaning lady is available for seasonal work.
