Holiday rentals with a patio in Jala-jala

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The host was very responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The place was clean, well maintained, and exactly as described. The location was convenient to us since we planned to visit Starcity, with nearby stores. The aesthetic of the place is top notch and great for birthday photos (just like I did). I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would love to stay here again! (Thank you Host for the free Nespresso capsules! Hihi)

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was perfect—just minutes from great restaurants, popular attractions, and conveniently close to the highway, making it super easy to get around. And the host is very responsive, too. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Place was greater than we expected it! It was very clean and felt very homey. It being in the poblacion area, I was surprised that it was very quiet as well. Extremely close to the restaurants and bars so it was convenient as well. Thank you! Will definitely consider staying here again in the near future.

Our stay was beyond amazing. The host Sir Carmelo, was incredibly responsive and I truly appreciate his consistent and thoughtful assistance with every inquiry and request. The place is beautifully designed, and every detail from the decor to the lightning, adds to the warm and inviting ambiance that made it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. Jins place was perfect for us. I like the lay out of the unit. Open plan kitchen and sitting room. The kitvhen is equiped for cookinh. The sitting room is comfortable to relax and watch movies. The bedroom has a big, king bed that is SO comfortable. There are 4 pillow and a duvet. Having Jin as host is lovely. She is always on the ball. Always quick to reply and very polite. Wifi in great. The cleaner, Fe (I think is lovely). Jin has offered us to leave our luggage in the room even if it is not ready yet. We extended our stay and moved to a different unit, she also offered to transfer our stuff to T1. We very much appreciate you Jin. Thank you so much for making our stay trully comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay! Everybody in the family absolutely loved the place. It’s just the right size for a small to medium-sized group, and the layout of the house is thoughtfully designed so that everyone feels connected while still having enough space to relax. The house was very clean and well-maintained, which made us feel comfortable right away. The host was responsive and helpful, even in the middle of the night, and never once made us feel like we were a bother. That said, I’d still suggest not disturbing them unless necessary — but if you ever need help, you can count on them. They even went the extra mile by recommending a home service massage, which was exactly what we needed to unwind. From booking to check-in and check-out, the whole process was seamless. Highly recommend this place for families looking for a smooth, stress-free getaway!

The place is super accessible, we did not have any issues finding its location at all. What you see is what you get. Photos in the listing were pretty accurate and also with the amenities provided. We booked the place because it’s pet friendly and from our experience its really pet friendly. Pet’s are allowed in all of the areas, but please do your due diligence as responsible pet owners and pickup after your pet’s mess. 🙂 We were not able to use the bonfire and the outdoor projector because of the rain and unfortunately, their internet provider was down during our stay (no worries though, as mobile data signal was strong) and we even had an incident were the water stopped working the next day but I’m glad to report that Jean and the care takers were super helpful and responsive in both of those incidents and they are prepared with their backup plans incase their utility service is down. Overall we had a great time at Jean’s listing, it was a short and sweet escape. We’ll be back. ☺️

Beautiful and clean house! No need to contact the host during your stay kasi provided na lahat at sobrang easy to follow ng instructions. Had fun here with my family. Also yung check in na 2pm at check out ng 1pm ay sobrang sulit 👌🏻

This is our 2nd time in Carol’s place, but this time we tried her 2nd unit. It’s a well thought out place. Everything you will need is there. Great interior! Quality furniture and appliances. Most especially, Carol is easy to communicate with. Overall, it’s a peaceful experience. If I were to choose, I will still prefer the other unit because it has a parking space in front of the house. With this one, it still has a parking space available but will need to walk a few distance.

TRUE HOME away from home! ✨🏡 We really enjoyed our stay at this Airbnb. We were able to relax and celebrate my birthday. 🎉 Good laughs, good foods and memories as a family. Super enjoy din kami sa swimming pool. The place also looks exactly like the photos. So comfortable and clean, cozy linens, well-stocked kitchen, plus PET-FRIENDLY.🐶 The room’s air conditioners are working really well. ❄️ Mam Jannette is absolutely amazing! She’s responsive, very kind and helpful making sure our stay was perfect. Thank you for your home and for such a wonderful experience. Rolando was friendly, prompt, amazing, and an all around wonderful human being. We had a small issue with some ants and his team was there fixing it within a few hours in the middle of the night. I will absolutely be staying here again during our next trip.

Our stay was extraordinary. The rooms are hotel- like and were beautifully designed. The furnitures are modern and well-kept. It is a kid-friendly place with all the modern amenities that the kids and kids at heart will love. The game room is certainly what the kids would want to go back to. The furniture layout is perfect and is one that encourages bonding. The host is very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place!

We went a day after the Pahiyas Festival to avoid the crowd, yet get to see the beautiful houses with decors. The property has ample parking space within the gated property so it's safe and since the location is still within the town proper, we didn't have to bring our cars. Walking to the Church and around the town is not a problem. The kitchen is equipped enough for you to do basic cooking. If you need something that is not available at hand, like for us, the griller and the kitchen scissors, June will provide it at once. We even asked for some banana leaves from their backyard and they gave it to us for our impromptu boodle fight. The garden suite is very spacious and private. We barely noticed that there were other guests in the other units they have. It's very cozy and it feels like home.

A good place to stay, it’s spacious, peaceful and comfortable. Also, it’s an affordable place for staycation.

It’s a lovely house and the view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The place is well-equipped and really feels like home. Air con works perfectly, and we had a great time staying here. The host was super responsive and helped us with everything we needed. Just a few small things to note - the curtains are blackout but still let in quite a bit of sunlight from the top and bottom. The main bedroom can get a bit noisy, even with the windows shut. The living room feels a little cramped because of the large sofa and dining table. Also, delivery guys aren’t allowed upstairs, so you have to go down every time for pickups, which can get a bit annoying. That said, overall, it’s a great place to stay.

Raymart was the best host Ive experienced here on Airbnb in terms of helpfulness and responsiveness. It was really appreciated. The apartment is lovely, on the 8th floor with all amenities. I picked here to stay relatively close to family in the Binondo area and to work remotely. the internet was extremely stable, around 100 Mbps download speed, and was exactly what I needed to work my remote IT job for the week there. if anyone needs a good place to remote work from in Manila I would recommend this one.
