Hand-built by our grandfather in 1976 from Canadian cedar logs, [ˈkābɪn] holds a dear place in our hearts. We lovingly restored it in 2020 and are delighted to open its doors to nature lovers and the style savvy seeking a peaceful respite. With sweeping views across the traditional lands of the Taungurung people, your only task is to relax and enjoy the view, sip a wine by the fire, take a bath or read a book. We’ve added all the creature comforts we love so that your stay is care-free.

Providing all year adventure with snow sports, hiking, fishing, horse riding and world class mountain biking trails that will leave you wanting more.

Mansfield Colonial Cabin with Stunning Views

Colonial style cabin with spectacular views, situated on a 17 acre property. Surrounded by three balconies it is the perfect place to relax. You will wake to the sound of native birds and will definitely see kangaroos and possibly goannas, lizards, wombats and the resident echidna. If you decide to venture out, Mansfield is just 10 minutes away. It has a bustling retail centre which includes many great food/dining options and a wide variety of attractions/activities.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Located in jamieson, only 3 min walk to the river, 5 min walk the the Main Street, set on an acre of lush green established gardens amongst the tall oak trees and plenty of room to run around. Comfortably accommodating up to 4 people, 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. Bathroom consists of shower toilet wash basin. Gas cooking provided. Cutlery, crockery provided. All linen provided Tea coffee sugar milk provided

Pete's Alpine Studio 2

Comfortable and eclectic, this self contained one bedroom studio has been built almost entirely from recycled and repurposed materials. Located at Alpine Ridge, in the heart of the high country and just 4 kilometres from the base of Mt Buller, it is perfectly located for exploring this pristine area. Suitable for those who love the mountains and everything that goes with it.

Set on the banks of the beautiful Goulburn River, the cabin is ideal for a romantic escape, family getaway or weekend with friends. Just 50 minutes to the gates of Mt Buller and 15 minutes to the nearest boat ramp at Lake Eildon, you can choose to do a multitude of activities in the area or just relax by the river in summer or by the cosy fire in winter.
