Holiday rentals with beach access in Japaratinga

It's exceeded our expectations! Local very clean All new Cozy atmosphere ! In our case we enjoy the environment a lot. The tv and complete apps but modern for those who like to watch movies and games In my kkk case. Yara e sirlene very attentive condominium employees also Lots of Gentiles For whom likes a northeastern food At night . It has a simple restaurant, but with a very good spice 5 minutes walk from the condominium. Grate to God and you who have given us a very valuable time

I want to thank Mr. Tulio, it was a great pleasure to stay in the apartment. very close to the beach, parking, easy-to-use utensils, air-conditioned environment, nice beds and the view and safety of the balcony with safety nets. There were several restaurants near the apartment, we could walk there easily.

The Matheus space is very well located, close to supermarkets, restaurants and a beautiful view of the sea. Comfortable, airy, excellent for rest. I and my family like it very much. I recommend it.

A place where we will do A LOT of hosting again! The host was extremely solicitous and welcoming, the AirBnb of EXTREME taste in the smallest detail! A cozy place, well situated and easy access to the best beach in the region! Large, airy rooms, all electro-electronic functioning perfectly and complete with all that is needed, as in a home! Indico, no reservations!

We love the apartment, perfect for couples, it is in front of the Moises path, one of the tourist spots we wanted to visit, there is a market and pharmacy nearby but it is about 15 minutes from the main center of Maragogi, but we were by car so everything worked out! As well as in the ad. Super clean and organized flat, left nothing to be desired! I definitely recommend it!! The host was super helpful at all times and recommended places to go.

If you are imagining waking up to the sound of the sea and opening the window with sunrise, this is the place. The house is in front of the beach, separated only by a gate and a few steps. Already from the pool it is possible to look at the sea. The house is inside a condo with 3 more units nearby but it is possible for each one to have their place. There are 3 complete suites and one more bedroom with bathroom underneath, equipped kitchen, barbecue, chair to take to the beach and if you still want the TH stall that is on the beach delivers snacks in the house for you to enjoy the day at the pool. The region of Praia de Sao Bento is still very local, with little for tourists, but it is possible to find a supermarket, farmacia and go to the restaurants with a 10 minute drive.

10 stars!!!! Comfortable, cool, peaceful. Milisson was wonderful as a host, we felt at home. We were supposed to stay 1 week and we were almost 2!

I liked it a lot, nothing to complain about, everything as described, we were very well received, I felt at home, very close to the beach, I will definitely come back more often, I simply loved it. I also recommend it with my eyes closed. Congratulations!

Excellent home!  It is well equipped and the rooms are extremely clean and organized. The view of the landscape is divine, I would even say that the pictures don't do it justice. The space is very comfortable and has 4 suites + one bathroom. The location is perfect, getting close to the grocery stores you can call to make deliveries, and the tourist spot “way of Moses”. Mr. Nido, the homemaker, welcomed us very well and was always willing to answer our questions.   Improvement suggestions: 1. The staircase leading to the beach does not provide security, especially for people who are 60+ or PCD, an evaluation is required to improve it.  2. The sides of the house need more powerful reflectors, since the part where the shower is located is a bit dark and so does the part near the wall. That said, Pedro is a great host and the stay was wonderful. I would recommend it to others and hope to come back more often. 

A few steps from the beach, with an exclusive pool, the house is very well decorated, has tableware and top-notch bedding! I loved it and I can't wait to come back!

Great house , we are in 6 adults and 1 pet , large space, comfortable , well equipped , closed garage for 02 cars , great outdoor space for barbecue with a good pool ! Stand in the sand , balcony that serves the 2 bedrooms on the floor Superior with a beautiful sea view with nets ! Great location , with restaurant , Market, pharmacy, bakery , butcher shop and hortifruti nearby ! No Need by car ! Dna Zélia greeted us on arrival , super polite and gentle, and accompanied our departure ! Super attentive and helpful Micelle, with Great communication ! Anyway I highly recommend and will be back with Certeza !

The stay was great. Luciana was attentive and served us very well! Just a tip for guests, take repellent because there are a lot of mosquitoes. Plus, the house is great.

The house was just as it appeared in the photos. Beautiful, comfortable and tasteful. With many utensils in the kitchen and other items for use in the house. Marcos Antônio was a great host, quickly responding to our needs always with education and sympathy.

We love this house! It comfortably accommodates 11 people. Each room has its own bathroom. Ideal for several families to come! The beach is the best and is just a few meters away! It has beach service, with a bar serving guests and even wifi on the beach! If you're considering coming, I wouldn't hesitate! And ask the waitress service that cleans and kitchen that is excellent and is better than a hotel service.

I would like to make a record of how wonderful our stay in this beach house was. The atmosphere is cozy, well-kept and perfect for rest days with comfort and tranquility! The house is exactly like in the photos!!! But what really made the difference was the care and dedication of the dear Zani and Erica. Always attentive, they greeted us with affection, keeping everything impeccable and pampering us with delicious meals. Their presence made our experience even more special. Our thank you so much for so much zeal and hospitality!

Site very clean, had everything that one needs basic in a kitchen! There were plenty of indications of restaurant ,market , pharmacy and others . Good communication with the owners ! The air cooled well, and for the rainy evenings there is a ceiling fan that helps a lot.

We love staying in Fernanda's apartment. Everything is very well structured and organized. Local combines convenience, comfort and great location.

Casinha 04 is an extremely cozy and comfortable space. We found exactly what was in the description, an organized space with all the necessary equipment to spend the days of carnival. The condominium is in front of the beach, which is super pleasant. In addition, it is very close to the center of Tamandaré and supermarkets. Priscila has always been available to solve our questions, a super host. We're already thinking back.

Apartment well located. Excellent and good taste in decoration by its owner Ricardo. It is a comfortable, new and quiet apartment. I highlight the comfort of the beds, the 3 excellent air conditioning equipment, as well as the beautiful and modern kitchens and refrigerators. Super available security personnel. They let us be in the pool a few hours after checking in. It is worth mentioning that they give you a hielera and there are two beds under the large bed, which I discovered on the third day, haha. they were not detailed in the listing. This apartment is worth it and the complex is incredible. The location is excellent and the apartment owner's recommendations were complete. What a beautiful apartment! Very functional and even had a washing machine. Detail for bedding! Extreme quality. Equipped with 5 star hotels. Bed also very comfy! Maressa always kind in the questions we asked!Very quiet condominium. Especially for those who have children.

Our stay at Patrícia's (Host) flat was fantastic! Everything was pristine clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Very cozy place. The condominium offers activities for children as well as being on the sand. Also offers chairs, sun umbrella and table. Making everything more comfortable and enjoyable. Patrícia was always available and very helpful at all times. It has fixed tips for good restaurants that deliver. Which made it very easy. We intend to go back again and again. Our experience was great.
