such a great stay, love the unit and the city light view. has all the amenities needed and the host gave such a detailed instructions. the place has lots of window, making it well lit and bright.

The place is amazing, but I noticed some reviews mentioning cleanliness issues. I made a special request to the host to ensure it was clean, and to be fair, it came out dust-free. However, the air felt a bit stale, the place smells quite bad, and all three of us woke up with sore throats. My advice to the host: consider hiring a more reliable cleaning service, as there have been too many similar complaints in the reviews.

Booked this place for a short stopover in Jakarta before onward travel, place is centrally located easy to find close to MRT and nice big place to stay.

Enjoyed the stay. Judika was very helpful and responsive. Can get a bit loud sometimes because of the 4 lane road right next to it but it didn’t bother me much. Recommended to stay.

Even if it's just for one night, we're very satisfied with the place we're staying in. The image in the photo is very similar to the reality. The whole room is very clean and the kitchen equipment is very complete. The pool is also very clean. Definitely, recommended.

We are cery grateful to book and stay in Mr. Kevin's apartment. The location was amazingly located near AEON mall, we just spent around 3 to 5 minutes from the room to the mall by foot. The apartment facilities was good enough, especially it has a big swimming pool, kids pool, and a playground for my daughter to play and enjoy the day. Not forget to mention that the room with 3 bedroom was perfect for family staycation. It also has two smart TV with great internet access. The cooking utensils was also quite complete. There are two suggestions maybe to improve guest experience, please upgrade the rice cooker and fix the shower head (we found a leak in it so the waterflow wasn't so good).

The location is easy to find and easy to access by gojek grab. Around the apartment there is a lot of good food, you can walk around. The check-in process is easy, just pick up the key at the reception, no need to open this locker, so is the check-out process. The apartment itself is also very safe because there is security because it is part of the hotel. Clean and tidy unit, as shown in the photo. Cold air conditioning, hot water on. The TV provided is big enough, so I'm satisfied with watching it. There are pillows and beanbags, so it's really comfortable. Kak Echa is also friendly and very responsive. This is our second stay here. It was clean and it had all the amenities listed. The location is a bit far from restaurants and mini markets if you don't drive there, but it's peaceful and safe. Great place to stay with pets and children above toddler-age. The place has 2 bathroom, one of them has water heater. You can walk you pet around the neighborhood. Philip is a great host and very responsive.

The place is as cute as the picture. Besides aesthetically pleasant, it’s also feel homey. The kitchen tools are complete, so if you are with family and want to prepare your own food it would be easy access. Also, the owner of the place is so thoughtful to leave us some beverages and snacks. Would definitely recommend this place 🥰

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful property, it has good bedrooms and lots of space for indoor/outdoor hangouts. Pak Retno and ibu Hapsari was very friendly and easy to communicate with.
