Casa Pepita

Casa renovada de dos plantas de estilo colonial, con grandes ventanales. El alojamiento se encuentra en el centro del pueblo de Tazacorte. En la planta baja se encuentra el comedor, la cocina, un baño, un dormitorio y un pequeño balcón. En la planta superior hay una sala de estar con sofá cama, otro baño y una terraza amueblada con impresionantes vistas al pueblo de Tazacorte, a sus montañas y riscos, pero sobretodo espectaculares vistas a las plataneras que se extienden hasta mar.

Das Haus wird komplett vermietet, es gibt also keine weiteren Nutzer/ Gäste. Die zwei großen Sonnenterrassen mit Garten sind prima zum Ausspannen, Träumen, Grillen oderTafeln. Zusätzlich gibt es noch einen separaten, sehr schönen Garten-Pavillon mit einem Doppelbett, Toilette und Dusche.

The area is a sea of tranquility and many hiking trails can be accessed easily by feet from the house. The house was completely renovated in 2023. A 40/5 mbps Internet connection is available by both WiFi and Ethernet ports for those working remotely. The house is located at 650 m above sea level.
