W domku znajduje się również sauna, z której można skorzystać za dodatkową opłatą, 100 pln za dzień. 50 metrów od Domku jest Rezydencja Nad Wodospadem, gdzie można korzystać z posiłków, basenu, kortu, ale tylko po wcześniejszym uzgodnieniu i dodatkowymi opłatami. You are very welcome to our cosy chalet Karkonoska Chatka, we hope it will be a perfect holiday home for you. Karkonoska Chatka is located in a little village called Kostrzyca, between Mysłakowice and Kowary, on the main road 367 just 6km far from Karpacz. It would be ideal to have a car but we are in a walking distance of the bus stop too. We are ideally located for day trips to Prague and the Czech Republic, many ski resorts, glorious mountain trails & the resort of Szklarska Poreba.

Wonder Hill B2120 in Sosnówka is the perfect choice for those who want to slow down for a while. The modern apartment comfortably accommodates 4 people. The area of approx. 37 m² consists of a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a seating area, a lockable bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building and has a balcony with a fabulous view of the mountains. The stay includes access to the Wellness Zone.

We invite you to our year-round wooden log cabins with bathrooms. The cottages are equipped with a fridge, kettle, coffee and tea cups, bedding, blankets. In the living area there is a double sofa bed + 2 extra beds. There are 2 sleeping mattresses on the mezzanine. In front of the cottage, there is a terrace with chairs and a table :) Barbecue is allowed. There are no towels in the cottages. Dogs are welcome, the additional fee for a dog is PLN 20/day - payable on site.

Gray House in the Karkonosze Mountains

We invite you to a newly built cottage, located in Podgórzyn, in close proximity to Karpacz and Szklarska Poręba. The cottage is located on our property, it is not separately fenced, we live next door. Designed for singles, couples and families with children, who have an interesting playground and a swimming pool during the holiday season. Our children also use the pool and playground. We do not rent the cottage for loud parties. Night quiet hours 22-6

Lavender Apartment

A cozy and comfortable apartment with a kitchenette and direct access to the garden. The pastel interior design and bleached clay plaster delight with their simplicity and original character. The whole is brushed with the color of lavender flowers. The clay plasters we have applied regulate humidity and temperature and make the room breathe and have a friendly microclimate, and the air is clean. It is an ideal solution for allergy sufferers.

Guests have exclusive access to a private sauna and terrace, located right next to the apartment. You can also use the large, ecological garden, where there is a swimming pool in the summer season. In addition, there is a barbecue and a climatic gazebo and a ping pong table all year round. The apartment is located right next to the park.
