This is a great place to spend time with your family in a private accommodation 5 minutes away from the sea. There is a separate bedroom on the first floor so that even two families or more can travel without any inconvenience. Water sports such as windsurfing and fishing are available at the sea in front of the property. You can enjoy meals and barbecue (available in winter) in the folding door space on the 1st floor. There is a 5-10 minute walk to Holtong Beach with a pine forest. At Monguljae in Gwangyang, a small house in the mountains where you can feel the warmth of the countryside, you can experience a vacation, barbecue, bonfire, and a quiet countryside neighborhood walk. Monguljae was a house built by my parents in 2021, from the square crooked land that huddled in the hinterland. On March 1, 2024, I opened the annex that I had envisioned as Sarangchae from the time I first designed it as an Airbnb. Recommended for those who want to enjoy the convenience of a pleasant accommodation while enjoying the sensibility of a country house in ⭐️nature at the same time.⭐️ On December 1, 2025, the terrace & deck were renovated to make Monguljae even more lovable. A small spoon with a cabin in the woods feel has been added🍂 We have completed construction on the entire terrace and deck to create a barbecue area where you can enjoy the outdoors while minimizing the effects of wind and rain. The yard, which was cleaned up after a whopping 3 weeks of construction, is also a highlight! A wall was built between the main building and the annex, creating a more independent space.☺️

[Naseojin Hanok] In February 2022, we added a new jacuzzi to our Naesejin Hanok. We prepared it so that you can feel the open-air bath, and added a hot water maintenance device so that you can use the bath without being cold even in the middle of winter. The exterior looks like an old country house, but the interior is designed to avoid any inconvenience. It is a space that can only be used by one team of guests who have made a reservation, and it is a space where you can take a short break and go, so I think it would be nice to come. Nearby, Songhyunbul Meat, which appeared in the Three Heavenly Kings, is a 3-minute drive away, and There are downtown and Gomtang Street, so there will be no big inconvenience when you eat or shop. Things to note * This is a space that I share with my children. Therefore, please do not smoke in any space other than our accommodation.

It is a beautiful two-story house overlooking the sea. On the first floor, my parents live in a space separated by a middle door. You can use the entire second floor. The second floor has a living room, a bathroom, and two bedrooms. (It is separated from the space used by your parents☺️). You can see the ocean from all areas of the second floor:)
