Holiday rentals with a sauna in Jersey Shore

Our group of 5 adults and 3 students thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Market Street Apartments!! Everything was as described in the listing. We had groceries delivered through "Instacart" and there were no problems, at all. The beds were comfortable and the whole apartment was extremely clean. We loved relaxing on the couch and watching a movie after our long day of walking historical Philadelphia. The host was knowledgable, helpful, and always quick with a response to my questions. I would highly recommend this listing and will stay again, in the future, if bringing students and chaperones to Philadelphia, from Minnesota.

Great value amd location. I had a convention at the Hard Rock but I prefer to be able to cook my own meals. Every staff member was super nice. the pool, jacuzzi and even a sauna were extra benefit of staying there. it is a time share property so you have to deal with them trying to sell you something. We opted to decline and they finally left us alone.

I had a great stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Jon was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out super easy. I appreciated the clear communication and hospitality throughout my stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The view of NYC is amazing, Airbnb was clean and as pictured, location is convenient to Hoboken and train/uber into city, nice building amenities and great communication with Zo and Paige. Would book again.

Great place to stay when visiting Atlantic City.

The stay was great. Wife and kids enjoyed a 2nd bedroom, seperate bathrooms compared to many other places in the price range. Clean, contemporary apt with easy access to get in. Located right next to Lincoln Park was nice for a scenic walk.

We enjoyed our two day trip at Maria's home. As soon as we arrived it was an easy check in process. When getting into the condo we opened the door to a beautifully kept home. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were all spotless. We traveled with my family, my husband and two sons. There was plenty of room for all of us. The local restaurants were easy to find in Maria's well kept book of local spots with menus and attractions to explore. It was off season so outdoor pools were not open, however we all enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. We also enjoyed the basketball court and playground as my boys love the outdoors. It was a perfect little getaway and we would love to come back to stay!! Thank you!!

Convenient beach storage, parking and gracious hosts. We felt lucky to share their home. Worth every penny on the best beaches around. Thank you!

Abby was proactive, responsive, and clear in her communication. Accomodations were exactly as stated (read the full listing, she is very specific about what's available and provided!) and the area was great. The bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic. There was everything in the apartment that you could need. The kitchen was full of appliances and were all stored away in the cabinets and not all around. The washer and dryer worked very well. The closet had lots of towels. The bathrooms were stocked with toilet paper and had lots of hand towels and towel holders. Everything was very clean and had lovely furniture, the king mattress was very comfortable too! The heated pool outside was a very welcome surprise to us! Overall this was an amazing apartment worthy of 5 stars.

This is one of the most amazing Airbnb’s in a super convenient location to multiple Path stations. King is a resourceful host, helpful and available for any queries. Would highly recommend this airbnb and would love to return when in NYC!

Had a wonderful stay hosting 20 of our closest friends. Although we did face a few maintenance issues the owners were extremely quick to respond and was able to get it fixed the next day without any interruptions to our stay. The amenities were fantastic and the location has easy access to the light rail into the city. If I were to host another event by the city this would be it!

We had a wonderful time at Jeffrey's beach house! The house is well designed, with comfortable, stylish furniture and great lighting too. The living area was a great place for 4 adults and one toddler to hang out when we weren't relaxing in the beautiful and clean pool or the hot tub. I am at the point in my life when I want to stay in a vacation home that's as nice or nicer than my home and this was it. The kitchen was clean and modern, as were the bathrooms, the sheets were cotton and the towels were plentiful. Comfortable, quality beds in the bedrooms. An on suite bathroom in the principal bedroom was a big plus. Lots of superb outdoor seating as well, from the outdoor sofa on the covered deck, to the pool lounges and dining table and chairs. 7 Presidents beach was a short walk away, and beach passes were provided. Lots of places to eat or take out from, a quick 5 minute drive to Pier Village with it's shops and restaurants. We loved it and would be happy to return.

We had a lovely stay near family at this upscale home with terrific amenities. Mike was communicative and the amenities top notch — something for everyone in our family to relax and enjoy plus plenty of space in the well-appointed house. Quiet neighborhood just 20 minutes from the shore, and the pool made for great family time as well.

Great house, so close to the slopes. The perfect base for a couple of families to spend the weekend skiing. House and linens were super clean and Lulia was warm and gracious. Hope to be back on our next skiing trip.

This stay was absolutely wonderful! The house has a unique design, perfectly blending vintage and modern styles. It’s full of historical charm while remaining incredibly comfortable. The space is bright and spacious, with excellent amenities—the pool table, gym, and sauna made for a truly relaxing experience. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it convenient for cooking, and the fireplace in the living room adds a cozy touch. The surrounding environment is peaceful, ideal for a getaway, and it's also close to the ski resort. Communication with the host, Laura, was smooth, and she responded promptly. Overall, it was an amazing stay.

10/10 Highly recommended! Comfortable, beautifully decorated with all the touches you need to make it really livable - extra hooks in the bathrooms, plenty of closet/dresser space, nightlights, board games, ironing board, tupperware. At one point I thought...the only thing this place is missing is a cheese knife...but then I opened a drawer and found a whole set! The condo complex has its own big heated pool/hot tub in the backyard with grills, chairs, gazebos, etc. Plus balcony overlooking the pool in back and fabulous front balcony with table and chairs to hang out and relax. Garage space for our beach stuff was great. Host is very responsive and kind and (thankfully) proactively reminded me that we needed towels and blankets. The only downsides: (1) not close to the beach - not a big deal, you can drive & park there, but is walkable to drug store, McDonald's, Starbucks, restaurants; (2) normal walking around by upstairs neighbors really carries down. Don't hesitate. Book it!
