A few minutes to historic downtown Jim Thorpe and the D&L trail for hiking, biking, rafting, wining, dining and more! Also 20 minutes to Blue Mountain Ski Resort. We have a designated parking lot if street parking isn’t available. Never a parking concern. Walking distance to Insurrection distillery, Bonnie & Clyde’s restaurant as well as many local shops.

Come and enjoy your stay at the Historic Lakewood Park. We have ten cabins open year-round for rental at the property. Each offers an enjoyable experience on our 63-acre and 10-acre lake. Amenities include single-room cabins with fireplace, kitchenette, queen bed, couch (folds to a bed), private bathroom with 5' tiled shower, wifi, cable TV, lake fishing, hiking, outdoor firepit, grill, and more. Linens are included with this cabin (bedding, pillows, towels, wash clothes, soaps, shampoo, etc.)

Rent a bike, wander the historical sites, shop, or ride the train without moving your car! Apt has garage parking! The garage is small so large vehicles/trucks will not fit.

Beautiful, newly remodeled 2 BR cottage on the water between pond & creek. Whole house with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with fireplace, work areas with high speed internet, books, games, and ROKU TV. Primary bedroom faces the pond; 2nd bedroom is creekside. Outdoors include: gas firepit, picnic tables, gas grill, games, and seating by the water. This special get away is close to stores and Poconos seasonal activities, but tucked away for your relaxation and enjoyment.

Cabin in the Trees at High Street Guesthouse

The cabin is a peaceful and serene escape, yet just a short walk away from all the attractions. The cabin is 475 square feet with a living room, kitchenette, dining area and bathroom on the ground floor. The bedroom/loft is upstairs. ***The cabin is very close to the main house and shares a backyard (nothing else is shared). The backyard is yours, including propane BBQ, outdoor fireplace, tables and chairs. You can listen to music, talk and have fun outside as late as you like.

The Shanty at Blue Mountain

The Shanty is a one room 200 sq.ft. cottage for a weekend get-away, a short to long-term work assignment or the perfect spot for creative work like composing or writing. It is three miles from access to the Appalachian Trail and is an ideal respite for thru hikers. It is a quiet, sunny room just a few steps from a private bathroom in the main house. Views to the west and north of the Blue Mountain. Continental style breakfast is included. Weekly and monthly discounts are offered.

NEW! This newly renovated, charming suite is perfect for 1 or 2 adults who like to be near "the adventure" but in a quiet neighborhood. The self-contained suite has private front and rear entrances & easy parking. There are 3 steps to the front door. The space includes a full-size bed, a full bath, and a kitchenette with a microwave, toaster, coffee pot and Keurig, small fridge, and dining essentials. Laundry is available upon request, and light breakfast foods will be available.

Cabin by the creek

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Cozy 2 bedroom cabin that sits a few feet from the creek. The property includes 2 acres of woods on the other side of the creek. Walk across the footbridge and down a short path to a small pond. The cabin was originally a hunting cabin. Over the years it was expanded and converted into a year round residence. The cabin had a 1970’s vibe, so when we renovated it we tried to keep that feel.

A small suite located above the town of Jim Thorpe. I am really geared towards couples looking for a weekend getaway. The space is smaller but very easily accomadates two people. A big step up from any hotel room/suite. The rental is not located in the town of Jim Thorpe. I am located about 10 minutes outside of town and about 5 minutes away from Penns Peak. The rental is connected to home but completely seperate.
