Es una casa de músicos ! insisto para el respecto con los instrumentos! tenemos vistas al mar desde la cama, la bañera, la ducha... Siempre dejo lo básico en alimentación, pido reponer en caso de terminar algo! Gracias

Eco-Finca Utopia

My brand new eco-house is located in a small valley surrounded by untouched nature very close to the nature park near Grazalema and with many hiking trails all around and near the Embalse de Zahara. During construction, we used natural and recycled materials and the sun supplies electricity via a solar system. On the 3.5 hectares of land there are mainly olive trees and from the top you have a beautiful view of the Sierra de Grazalema.

Built on a private plot of 1500 m², with a garden, private pool, pet houses, and green spaces. By car, you can travel in 30 minutes to Gibraltar and the beaches of Sotogrande or in 40 minutes to Tarifa.
