The accommodation is suitable for year-round recreation for friendly families or a group of friends. There is a swimming pool and a beautiful sunny terrace. We have wifi, parking is right next to the house. In the garden you will find a covered seating area with a fireplace, barbecue, children's swings, slide, trampoline, bicycle shed. In summer, you can take both hiking and cycling trips around Czech Canada. The town of Slavonice is 7 km away.

The whole area is suitable for cycling, swimming, mushroom picking, blueberry picking and relaxation in nature. Great for families, older couples, and small groups of friends. There's a grill in the garden and a fire pit. In winter, the cottage is peaceful and quiet. And if you get bored, you can take walks through the snowy South Bohemian countryside and, after returning, a fire in the fireplace and fragrant tea (or something stronger). The cottage has been renovated, has a separate entrance, bathroom and its own garden with pleasant shade. The room has 2 beds (one fold-out), a desk, a kitchenette, a refrigerator, a bookcase, and a kind, romantic atmosphere. There is peace and privacy. - In winter, it is heated, I will be happy to explain how. The bathroom is unheated! I can lend you a radiator in the cold. - I mow the grass only when necessary, I don't shave the lawn.
