Our charming and sweet two bedroom home is located less than 1.5 miles from downtown Iowa City and U of Iowa campus. It is tastefully decorated with plenty of indoor and outdoor space to comfortably relax, cook, spend time with loved ones, or use as a space to sleep and explore Iowa City. Our front yard has 2 chairs for a morning cup of coffee and sunrise.
