It was a good place for large group. Very near to Aeon Bukit Indah and there’s eateries just outside the estate. Leo’s a good & friendly host.

An Unforgettable Stay at this fabulous Villa 😍😍 It was an exceptionally well spaced out stunning villa. It is a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and entertainment. The lavish rooms are tastefully designed, offering a truly relaxing and indulgent experience. Every corner of the villa feels thoughtfully curated, from the rustic decor corners to cozy comfort corners, apt for rejuvenating in every way! The private swimming pool was the highlight of our trip—as it kept the kids engaged and entertained on an extremely hot summer day, perfect for a refreshing dip, The pool table and foosball table kept everyone else entertained for hours, adding a fun and competitive spirit to our stay. Whether we were lounging by the living room and challenging each other in games, or simply unwinding in the spacious living area, every moment was special. The villa is an absolute oasis of luxury, ideal for families or friends looking for an exceptional getaway. We can’t wait to come back again!!

We had an incredible stay at Gran Estancia! The property was immaculate, with spacious and beautifully decorated rooms that provided plenty of comfort for our family. The attention to detail—from the thoughtful amenities to the convenient location—made our experience truly memorable. The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing, and we especially loved the private pool and the fairy lights. The host was exceptionally accommodating and responsive, ensuring everything went smoothly during our stay. Their proactive communication was a fantastic touch. We felt warmly welcomed and cared for throughout. We would highly recommend Gran Estancia to anyone looking for a serene and luxurious getaway. This place truly exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to return!

The house was big. Our children loved the pool and the playground on the third floor. The house was relatively clean. The hosts were very responsive. It was 10mins from the checkpoint. There are numerous food spots nearby (kfc, mcdonalds and food truck). It's a 10min walk to them. Our families had a good time there.

The house is very spacious; our kids enjoyed themselves a lot with the swimming pool and all the indoor games. The bedrooms are more spacious too, with 2 double cots as shown and are very well maintained and very neat, with check-in and check-out. Sure will visit again. Our host Gilbert and his team are very responsible in replying to our queries.

My original booking had an unexpected issue there was no water supply in the unit. However, the host responded quickly and arranged an alternative home for us, which was clean and comfortable. While the situation was inconvenient at first, I really appreciate the host’s effort to resolve it promptly. Good customer service overall. Thank you!

A great place for gathering with huge family. Pool table, swimming pool and karaoke were great entertainment. Will go back again.

We had a wonderful time at D Nice Garden Villa. Yvonne and the rest of the Hometel Team were very helpful , responsive and most of all accommodating. The place felt very homey and welcoming, very clean and free of clutter. Though our stay was short but it was definitely a relaxing, good one. Anyone looking for a place to stay in Johor Bahru must consider this place.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The host was very responsive and friendly. Instructions provided were clear and we had a very smooth check in process. The place was clean and great. Our kids enjoyed the indoor playground and clean jacuzzi. Will definitely stay here again when we can.
