Villa holiday rentals in Jolly Harbour

Very good host all around the only thing we didn’t like is only being able to run the ac unit for 2 hour increments but we also knew that going into it. All around Helen was a GREAT host and loved all the surrounding things to do and only a 8min walk to Dickenson Bay Beach!!

A fabulous location with all the amenities but the choice of whether to go all inclusive or not. We enjoyed travelling out of the resort to find different local restaurants, but you have different options for dining in if you want. The villa is a fabulous tranquil spot, only a short walk to the beach, or the different pool options. With the gym and tennis or pickleball nearby too, this was an ideal location.

We had an unforgettable stay at this villa in Antigua! It’s the perfect spot for a quiet family retreat away from the hustle and bustle of town and tourists. The villa is beautifully maintained, with a fantastic pool and breathtaking views that instantly put you in relaxation mode. One of our favorite moments was enjoying breakfast on the outdoor gazebo, surrounded by serene nature. Just a heads-up: make sure to stock up on groceries in town beforehand, as the selection at the local store is quite limited. Stingray City just a short walk away and Long Beach only a 10-minute drive A special shoutout to Angela, the owner, who is absolutely wonderful—so kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. If you're looking for a peaceful escape in Antigua, this villa is a great choice

We had an amazing stay at Katie's villa at the St. James Club! The location is incredible, right on the beach on the calm bay side of the resort, which is great for swimming and has lots of shady palapas available. Plus, the beach bar is just a short walk away. The villa is much larger than it looks in the photos, and each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom. We loved the private back patio that was steps from the beach. We opted for three days of all-inclusive and three days cooking our own meals, which was perfect for us. There are small grocery stores within a 10-minute drive, but next time we might try the larger supermarket that's a 30+ min drive away. The St. James Club itself is a large, beautiful property on a point that's nice to walk around and is very baby and kid-friendly. Having a large, quiet and not-so-busy beach plus multiple pools to choose from was great for our 10-month-old. Staff were very friendly, but sometimes slow to respond to requests. We'll be coming back!

The view at this villa is so incredible my friends and I were in awe every day. There is so much space and many areas to hangout. It is in a secluded area less than 10 minutes from English Harbour. The drive up the hill to the villa can be intimidating the first time but you’ll get the hang of it quickly. Would gladly stay here again in the future!

Absolutely gorgeous setting. We loved watching the ocean from the house, pool and garden. We walked the shoreline at lower tides. The house is older and has its quirks but is roomy and comfortable. Lots of bathrooms and rooms to spread out in. A/C in the bedrooms was appreciated for sleeping but the rest of the house stayed cool enough with the sea breeze. Having your own pool just outside the door was amazing. Not a walkable location but with a car very convenient to the English Harbor and Falmouth Harbor attractions as well as to beautiful sites far the north like Half Moon Bay.

"La Belle Cott" was a great place to be if you want to get away from it all and relax spend time on the beach. Having said that it was it was centrally located to all the things we wanted to do. All attractions were within an hours drive. As far as food goes groceries are close by and restaurant meals were all good. We didn't have a bad meal. All in all a great holiday and great accommodations. Thanks Michelle for answering all our questions. We had a great time !

This is a dream home. My family and I (7 people) loved everything about it. Spacious. Fully equipped. Magical garden. Large, comfortable beds. All located in peaceful, green surroundings and just a few minutes from anything and everything. The welcome basket was the sweetest cherry on top! Jean-Machelle herself is a star! Proactive, friendly, helpful and flexible to accommodate all requests. Her home was truly our home away from home!

Fantastic location- huge space in the 2 bedroom villa.

We were a group of six adults and Hector’s House was perfect for us. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a fantastic feature. Larger kitchen & family room were very nice. There was plenty of space to come together and also find a quiet spot to relax. Golf carts were a must. The location is wonderful! Just not reasonably walkable to the restaurants, grocery store or beach. Amy & Iris were my point of contact for the house. Amy arraigned to have 2 golf carts waiting at the house for us. She also became my go to for any island questions or excursions. She is very quick to respond, even when I message her after hours with an excursion request. Our personal concierge. She is wonderful, polite and extremely patient. My only regret is I wasn’t able to thank her & Iris in person. Future travels without Amy and Leon, our taxi driver, just won’t be the same. They have set the bar high. I hope future guests have the same fabulous experience we did.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time at this villa! It was the perfect setup and amount of space for us all to spread out. The best part was definitely hanging out in the backyard space with the amazing views of Falmouth Harbour and looking out to sea (you have views of both). It was great to have outdoor couches and tables/chairs to hang out in the shade, and there was always a lovely breeze! The pool was great, too! The host answered all of my questions in a very timely manner, both before and during the trip- she gave us some much appreciated tips and advice for restaurants and grocery stores in the area. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking to stay in the English Harbour area of the island. Although it’s a bit farther from the airport, it is our favorite part of the island so we were happy to be based on this side. I would also highly recommend doing an excursion with Barefoot Antigua for anyone looking for a boat excursion :)

Une magnifique villa dans un cadre tranquille et proche de la mer. Parfait pour visiter les plages alentours. La villa est super bien équipée pour cuisiner, la piscine est sécuritaire pour les enfants, mes petits de 3 ans avaient pieds sur toute la longueur!! Un incroyable séjour, je recommande vivement, les 4 chambres et 3 salles de bain sont très commodes pour les groupes et l’épicerie est a distance de marche.

Admiralty House was the perfect getaway for family time together.The house was spacious and set in gorgeous surroundings.We could watch the waves roll in with beautiful sailboats on the horizon and spectacular sunsets.The beach nextdoor (5 minute easy walk) was great for beachcombing and photos.The house itself is beautiful, charming and well-kept.Our family of 12 (age ranging from 12 to 82) could all gather around the indoor/outdoor dining area for meals and laughs. The pool area was great to lounge around, while the pool itself was wonderful to cool off in.The option of air conditioning at night before falling asleep to the sound of crashing waves was a big plus.The House was a great launching point for seeing the entire island - beautiful beaches nearby (Pigeon and Galleon Beach were fam favorites), and restaurants in Falmouth and English Harbour conveniently accessible by car.Nathan and Clare were superb hosts-very responsive and informative.Looking forward to returning one day!

Lou was incredible from start to finish—helpful, responsive, and genuinely committed to making our stay perfect. Before we arrived, she sent great recommendations that helped us plan a fantastic trip. Getting to the property was seamless thanks to JB, who Lou arranged to pick us up and provide transportation throughout our stay. He was fantastic. We arrived to a fully stocked kitchen, which was a huge help for our group of nine and made settling in easy. Joan came by daily to clean and was always kind and friendly. While we did experience a minor issue during the trip, Lou stayed in touch and resolved it quickly, ensuring our vacation stayed on track. She was always available for questions, even when she didn’t need to be. I’ve never worked with anyone as attentive as Lou. Heads-up for future guests: unless you're comfortable with local driving conditions, it's best to arrange transport. Also, bring extra cash—ATMs can be hard to find. I highly recommend staying at the Carib House!

This was our second visit to this home - it was as magical as the first. The house and view are stunning, proximity to Jolly Beach and Jolly Harbor mean everything you need is nearby. Susan took care of everything we needed prior to arrival and we had an amazing several days. Drinking coffee each morning we'd get fly-bys of tarpon, barracuda, eagle rays, sting rays, and a zillion other things in the crystal clear water. Could watch that all day long. Note: the listing is pretty clear on this, but it is a pretty good hike up and down the path to get from the road to and from the house - make sure you're good with that. But if you're on the fence, just book and have as much fun as we did.

Great location, near a beautiful beach (our favourite so far!!) and direct access to the water for my SUP!! The house had beautiful views from the balcony and patio. It was spacious, had everything you need to cook and has washer/dryer facilities. Air con worked well. Added bonus was UK plug adapters as we forgot ours!! You will definitely need a car or golf cart to get around. The supermarket in the complex is the best we have found so far and the only place that seems to sell fresh milk. El Porto was reasonably priced, food was good and there was live music on Monday.

We really liked this place. It was both close to the facilities around Jolly Harbour, but away from the main shops and houses, which may it feel really private. The sun terrace and pool were great spaces to hang out in as the evening set in and the front room was spacious and relaxing after dark. Each bedroom has a really nice en suite facility and large shower and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Walter came to see us a couple of times and was very friendly. There is currently some construction going on futher down the hill. Most of the time it was pretty quiet, but only a couple of times was there a little more noise. Walter couldn't apologise enough and even gave us a bottle of wine, which was very nice of him! Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Excellent location, close to the beach, great restaurants nearby - highly recommend this spot for a stay in Antigua. Jolly Harbor was our favorite spot in Antigua and is a great home base for anyone's visit. Kevin was a great host, very responsive and helpful getting us checked-in.

One of the best air bnbs I’ve stayed at! Eva was responsive leading up to the trip, and during the trip both she and the local host were quick to respond and the local host checked in a number of times to make sure things were going okay which we appreciated, but everything was great so we didn’t need anything at all! The house and pool looked better and bigger than the photos. Walkable to a handful of local bars, restaurants, and the grocery store. The walk to the beach is a bit further, but doable (about .6 miles). Would definitely stay here again and recommend.

Really enjoyed our stay with Lena Company at Jolly Harbour. accommodation was high quality, completely as described, lovely location, and a great place from which to enjoy Jolly Harbour and the surrounding area. Definitely would come again. Very helpful host, who responded to all queries quickly and helpfully.

Cecily was a great host. Normally we do a keyless entry , but she was waiting for us at the Airbnb when we arrived. The pictures don’t do justice! It is a beautiful spacious home and the views are amazing ! The grill by the pool was an amazing touch! There are a few small supermarkets nearby which made it easy to get goods Only thing I would recommend bringing soap to wash your things for the week, dishes, clothes .. etc Overall our group enjoyed the stay Thank you

This house is delightful, great location, close to Jolly harbour, 10 minutes walk for the supermarket, car hire, bar’s & restaurants and Jolly beach. Hazel is delightful, she is the very responsive local host, she saw us in and out and responded immediately when we had questions. Lava is a great local driver who picked us up from the airport and took us when we needed him, or you can just walk down the drive and get on the local bus. The house is large and well fitted with all we needed. Lovely birds visiting the garden. A good sized pool to dip into. We enjoyed being at this independent location, as opposed to being in one of the lovely but large resort hotels around the island. Alistair responded quickly, before and during our trip. As he advised, it’s well worth getting a car to explore the island and it’s 365 beaches for at least part of your stay Antigua is lovely & very easy to do Thank you Alistair don’t bother going to Shirley Heights on Sunday, crowded with long Q’s

Spacious house and a great location within walking distance to Jolly Beach and a short drive to many others. Would love to come back!
