The house is close to Smedstugan, our second house we rent out here on Airbnb. Fishing included. Salmon planted in the lake. One fish is included in the rent, then SEK 130/salmon. Rowboat included. The kitchen has a folding section, which can be pulled completely to the side, large opening out to the balcony. Floor 1 - kitchen, TV room, bathroom. Level 2 - Living room with fireplace, balcony, 3 bedrooms. Wifi, Apple TV.

Welcome to a cozy and comfortable house in Hunnabo, Ambjörnarp. Here you will find fantastic nature right outside the door. The house is located next to a lake that is excellent for swimming and fishing. There is also forest just around the house with several hiking trails and nice berry and mushroom fields. There is a large plot with room for play, and a large trampoline! Or come to enjoy the peace and quiet, and the beautiful view of the lake, which is almost magical, especially at sunset.

Här är du varmt välkommen att koppla av en eller flera dagar själv, med vänner eller familjen. Fiska direkt från altanen, eller ta en tur i kanoten. Inom ca 5km radie finner ni naturreservat med vandringsleder, badstrand, fiskesjöar, en skidanläggning och längdskidspår. Det finns en grillplats vid stugan där ni kan grilla en korv eller något annat gott, glöm inte sittunderlag! Det går att åka skridskor om det varit kallt några dagar. Det finns tillgång till två kanoter för paddling i ån.

Att få bli ett med naturen i en magisk omgivning är något speciellt. Här kan ni slappna av och bara njuta! Till byggnaden hör även en terrass med bord & stolar. Byggnad uppfördes 2023 där byggmaterial är närproducerat, möbler & elektronik är återbrukade för att få ett så litet klimatavtryck som möjligt. Mitt ställe ligger nära Vätterstranden och Liljeholmsparken, dit du tar dig med en kort promenad. Busshållplats till centrala delarna av Jönköping, ca 3 km bort, finns några minuters gångväg från lägenheten . Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av den fina utsikten över Vättern och Jönköping. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare och affärsresenärer. Toaletten med dusch är liten men fungerar mycket bra. Sängarna är bäddade och handdukarna är framlagda.

Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.
