The building sits right on the edge of the Saguenay River, just a 2-minute walk from a grocery store and steps away from a bike path that takes you downtown in under 5 minutes on foot. Recently renovated while preserving its original charm and character. Please note that there is no view of the Saguenay River from the apartment or the balcony.

Beautiful country-style cottage with a cozy atmosphere near the indoor fireplace. Located in a quiet and family-friendly location. Enjoy a large wooded lot bordered by a pretty little lake (no motor), a nice walk in the trails behind the chalet, snowshoeing in winter. Also ideal for snowmobilers, federated trails accessible via a small private road on our property.(I can provide you with 4 pairs of snowshoes on request.)
