Wonderful apartment in a fantastic location with amazing views of Mindarie Marina. Spotlessly clean and well equipped, very comfortable bed, felt like a home from home. Very responsive hosts with good communication.

We had a great stay. Bonnie is an excellent host and was really helpful with any questions we had. The units are secure with both a key lock mesh door & key coded front door. Lovely little units with good air con, smart TV and anything else you’d look for in an AirBNB. Would recommend!

Absolutely stunning views and incredible touches especially the design, flow of the residence, deck overlooking the ocean and the jacuzzi! Well worth it!

David and Marie were wonderful hosts and I recommend their place!They were always supportive, proactive, flexible and friendly throughout our stay. Their home was charming with a nice view of the ocean, great location (endless walking opportunities, dining near Hillary’s etc), clean and friendly neighbors. The kitchen may be a tick small for longer stays but we spent almost 5 weeks at their place and grew fonder of it as time went by.

Dave was awesome from the beginning, we had car issues on the way and he was flexible with the check in and offering assistance if required. When we arrived he met us and gave us a tour of the building as well as advice of local eateries. The place was beautiful and surpassed all expectations. Dave sent across details of restaurants and beaches to visit which was super helpful. A lot of hosts forget that their attitude towards guests is just as important as the accommodation. However, Dave has this dialled, cannot fault him or the apartment at all. Cheers Dave

I thought the pictures matched the accommodation perfectly. The unit was very clean and tidy. it felt like a home away from home. great spot, close to amenities and restaurants, The Cafe downstairs was amazing!! The place was as described, with a spacious balcony offering great views. Living area was a good size. The apartment is located in a quiet building with no noise issues. The area is pleasant for walking, with a park and river views nearby. An excellent French bakery is within a 10-minute walk (it is on Rachele's suggestion list). Rachele was responsive and helpful. Overall, a good experience.

A lovely apartment with a large balcony giving beautiful views of the ocean and stunning sunsets. Tastefully decorated, very clean and comfortable. Steve and Deb are very welcoming and friendly. They are happy to give advice on things to see and do in and around the area. Beaches and restaurants at Mindarie and Quinns are within easy walking distance. Also good public transport links close by. Highly recommend and we will definitely check for availability when planning our next trip.

Great place to stay at Scarborough beach - right at the beach, very good restaurant just next to it (Little Wave!), balcony perfect to watch the sunset! Very modern - only little missing things were a few more amenities in the kitchen and a few free Nespresso capsules :-)!

Our recent stay was delightful, highlighted by the stunning sea view that greeted us every morning. It was incredibly peaceful to wake up to such a beautiful panorama. The unit was immaculately clean and incredibly well-equipped, especially for those who love cooking. We were so impressed by the array of cooking amenities available that we even baked our cookies, a lovely memory we'll cherish from our trip! The only minor drawback was the traffic sound from the nearby highway, which became noticeable in the mornings. While it didn't significantly detract from our overall experience, it's something to be aware of if you're a light sleeper. Despite that minor point, we had a fantastic time and highly recommend this Airbnb for its incredible views, cleanliness, and excellent amenities.

I had a wonderful stay. The location was excellent. The free Cat bus was just outside with easy access to the city center. The train station was only a 15 min walk. If I ever come back to Perth I would definitely stay here again. A real home away from home.

We couldn’t recommend Callum’s place enough. We had never been to Perth before and upon leaving, realised we would’ve stayed forever! And Callum’s Airbnb played a massive part in that. From the privacy of the accommodation to the at-home and modern feel, it was truly a home away from home. Callum was a brilliant host, with prompt responses to any questions or queries we had and had even set out a lovely little welcome package of goodies for us when we arrived. To say it was the perfect stay would be an understatement and we would - in a heartbeat - book again; next time for as long as we can! Thank you Callum for making our week in Perth something to remember.

What a beautiful apartment !!! With views over the swan River Enjoying breakfast on the balcony Andrew the host met the four of us to explain access ,Amazing location ! Close to shops and restaurants ! Short walk to the Bell tower. The apartment was equipt with everything we needed . our trip was so special and think the apartment made helped to make lovely memories this was a friends reunion Two from the uk one from Perth one from Melbourne . Evelyn the host also gave us complimentary late check out till 11am Which was much appreciated My husband booked this for us as we live in Perth . We'd definitely recommend it to Others and would stay ourself too Thank you to the hosts My husband found this superb apartment Would recommend it

Kasia's apartment was absolutely perfect! Excellent communication from Kasia, warm and friendly. The instructions on where to park, how to find the key etc were easy to follow. The place was remarkable clean, smelt amazing when we walked in! Lots of amenities and space to relax enjoying a quiet night in. Very comfortable beds and great location so close to Jacobs Ladder and beautiful Kings Park. Very happy with this find and would happily stay here again. Thank you for a lovely weekend xxx

Wow. What a stunning place!! Could not fault. Perfect for a winter getaway with the spa and fire. Stunning view. Can imagine summer is also amazing. Carlos was an excellent host. Can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful apartment-well kept and maintained. Instructions were spot on. View was spectacular and it was incredibly comfortable. Unfortunately the clothes dryer wasn’t working, but other than that it was flawless!

Amazing stay at Justine & lans they were super easy to deal with even when I was super difficult locking my self out. And we’re super understanding of my inability to reply whilst heading to work
