Nice studio bedroom, best for single or two people (No children and or pets please) Very close to the beach (less than 100 meters), private lawn to sit and watch the sunset. 20 min from Tel Aviv by car. Small kitchen for small meals and snacks. Nespresso machine included. The room is located in a very quiet area. Please no BBQs or loud music. Explicitly PLEASE No Smoking in the room. This private suite is a simple specious studio which is a new Extension of an old house with black stone wall. My great grand parents lived here as one of the first 8 original houses in Kinneret, from the 1908th . The space is part of the house with its own entrance- an outdoor terrace where the kitchen/entrance area is and an outdoor bathtub. The house is located 400 meters from the sea of Galilee (across road 90).

בימים מתוחים אלו, לשמחתינו אנחנו זוכים כאן לשקט בטחוני. חמסההה!!! בביתינו הצמוד ישנו מרחב מוגן ובנוסף היחידה נמצאת על מדרון מאחורי שני קירות תמך ובמפנה דרומי, כך שבפני עצמה היא באיזור מוגן. הישוב מאובטח בסיור ונצפה במצלמות אבטחה. במידה ותחול הסלמה פתאומית באיזור שלנו ספציפית, ינתן החזר מלא גם במסגרת מדיניות הביטולים הרגילה שלנו, עד רגע הביקור עצמו. עם ישראל חי!!
