Excelente, me sentí en casa seguro y muy amable todos los que viven en esa urbanización aunque a veces en la entrada son un poco más restrictivos pero es su trabajo por la seguridad de las torres.

Estuve muy cómoda, era una zona tranquila, Karen fue muy amable y siempre me ayudó con cada consulta que tenía,el lugar es tal cuál a las fotos,tanto la entrada como salida del hospedaje fue muy flexible,la verdad que me sentí como en casa y fue un punto clave para disfrutar mis vacaciones al máximo. Si tuviera que volver a Arequipa, definitivamente volvería a escoger este departamento.Recomendado 😊

La Zona ubicada el departamento, es tranquilo, la guardianía muy amable y el mismo departamento tal cual como de las foto en la descripción , me sentí como en casa. Beatriz y David muy atento ante cualquier duda, el departamento cuenta con todo lo q puede necesitar en la estancia q tuve, muy recomendado.!

Estámos agradecidos con los anfitriones ya que fueron muy amables con nosotros, el departamento es tal cual como sale en las fotos , todo muy ordenado, limpio, sobre todo muy acogedor, volveríamos a hospedarnos en otro próximo viaje! 🙌🏻

Die Wohnung ist ein Traum! Alles was man braucht ist da (zum kochen, entspannen und wohlfühlen) Man ist in 5 min in die Innenstadt gelaufen und trotzdem ist die Wohnung schön und ruhig. Direkt im Nachbarhaus leben die Besitzer und haben einen töpferladen. Das sieht man auch im Airbnb. Alles ist voll mit Kunst. Es ist wunderschön. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder!

una estancia muy agradable, Guadalupe María, nos dió todas las indicaciones y lo que nos esperaba en el Airbnb, estuvo al tanto de las necesidades que podíamos tener, comunicación muy rápida, el lugar estaba impecable y contaba con todo lo que se indicaba, muy recomendable!!!

Absolutely stunning Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, we were speechless—the décor, the thoughtful presentation, and small touches like bottled water, essentials, and delicious Peruvian chocolates made us feel instantly welcomed. Every room was beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable, with large TVs throughout. The location felt private and safe, and it was less than 15 minutes from the center of Arequipa. Arnaldo was incredibly responsive and kind. One heads-up: there’s a washer (which I liked more than mine at home!), but no dryer. I was unsure at first, but Leonardo assured me it would dry quickly—and he was right. Everything dried within hours or overnight. We washed several times with no issues. My parents and I had a lovely stay and would return in a heartbeat!

Digital nomads dream. Beautiful views, great desk setup, fast internet and spacious apartment. The bed was extremely comfortable and enjoyed the extra large tv at night. Super safe area and lots of great cheap eats within a short walk. I rarely crosses the river into cento because the area is less touristy which I loved. Host was very responsive and very helped over my 2 weeks stay.

Tuve una experiencia muy bonita en este lugar. Desde que llegué, todo estuvo bien organizado, el ambiente fue tranquilo y acogedor. Las instalaciones estaban limpias, bien cuidadas y decoradas con buen gusto. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. Me sentí cómoda y relajada durante toda mi estadía. Sin duda, un lugar al que volvería y recomendaría.

We really enjoyed our stay! It felt spacious with a lot of storage, the shower was hot, it was walkable to the centre and the area felt safe. Carmen was always really responsive and flexible with check-in times. She also kindly kept our bags for us whilst we did the Colca Canyon hike. We would happily stay here again. Thank you!

La Sra. Nelly, fue muy amable y empatica con los percances que se nos dio tanto en nuestro vuelo de ida como de retorno. Recomiendo totalmente su alojamiento.

El apartamento es un lugar excelente, está ubicado muy cerca de todo y en los alrededores se siente muy seguro todo, además el apartamento es amplio, bonito y todo se encontraba muy linpio

Le séjour chez Susana s’est très bien passé! L’endroit est confortable, même pour nous qui étions 4 voyageurs. Le logement est doté d’une belle terrasse où il est possible de prendre du soleil aisément. De plus, Susana nous a laissé partir plus tard que l’heure prévue afin de nous accomoder! Elle est donc très à l’écoute et répond rapidement!

Alexandra estuvo pendiente en todo momento incluso antes de nuestra llegada.. Es muy amable y está atenta a todo. Su departamento es bonito y acogedor. Nos sentimos muy a gusto en él... Volveremos pronto. ☺️👍😉

Buena estancia en el apartamento. La zona es segura y cuenta con tiendas y restaurantes cercanos. Respuesta rápida por parte de Ana y Andre, ante alguna necesidad. La pasamos muy bien.

Nuestra estadía fue buena. La ubicación estuvo perfecta ya que se encontraba cerca de los lugares a los que teníamos que ir, a tan solo 10 minutos de todo. Nuestro Host fue muy amable y estuvo siempre pendiente. Respondía super rápido y nos ayudó con el check-in y check-out.

This was an amazing place to stay, and the hosts were incredibly responsive and communicative. One of the bedrooms had a stunning view of Volcán Misti, especially beautiful at sunset, while the others also offered great views of the surrounding mountains. I stayed here with my family, and the home had everything we needed. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and made for a relaxing stay. It was easy to catch a taxi just outside, or we could walk about five minutes to the main road. When our flight was unexpectedly canceled, the hosts responded quickly and kindly accommodated us for an extra night. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area!

El alojamiento era ideal para dos personas, Verónica fue muy clara con las instrucciones, volvería a alojarme en este espacio.

Definitivamente superó mis expectativas.

El sr Fredy fue muy amable y atento con nosotros, el departamento estaba limpio y ordenado además que queda en una zona tranquila.

Alles in allem war es eine super Unterkunft. Uns hat sowohl die Lage als auch die Raumaufteilung und der Ausblick aus der Wohnung sehr gefallen. Es wäre jedoch für künftige Besucher sehr gut, wenn die Küchenausstattung noch etwas nachgebessert wird. Vor allem die Messer waren leider teilweise sehr stumpf. Wenn man selbst etwas kochen möchte und dabei viel schneiden muss, war es etwas nervig.
