Modni Sokcho [Second Story]

Five months in a row with a short stint in Sokcho. Anything that takes a little getting used to... There are so many people who have visited the first shared accommodation, 'Modni Sokcho Beach'. I became a 'Superhost' in two months because you chose me, saved me, and loved me. Thank you for making a full reservation every month. With a lot of requests and support, we are going to start a second project. We remodeled the old villa in the same building as' Modni Sokcho Beach '. The first concept is to combine the rattan and wood tones that blend with the beach. If you want to save the rough feeling, the theme of the second story is It's a 'minimalist'. Modern with modular furniture that blends in light, white and blue, yellow's colorful but calm colors, all the doors of two rooms are demolished and 20 pyeong space is generous as a minimum of 20 pyeong. If you look at the green trout in the balcony space, the refreshment that rises, and the view is more pleasant than the first store, and the view is nearby Sokcho Beach. It's like that of the famous cafe Bossa Nova. Let's start with the second Mormon story.

Modni Sokcho [Sokcho Beach]

A hotel where you can sleep on a simple food trip.. The host's trip was no different than the average person. I always enjoyed my trip to the cramped city center, but I also always had extra fatigue on my way back. Even when I came to my destination, I needed a place where I wanted to have a comfortable stay like my own home. We remodeled the Guok Villa right in front of Sokcho Beach, where the city center and location are better. The props of every space also captured the host's sensibility. The exterior is old, but it's warm when you open the door and go in. When you open the balcony door, take the sound of birds and the sound of the waves and make coffee. On a relaxing day, you can sit on a balcony hammock and read. At night, we make food for our loved ones. A simple drink is divided into the dining room where vinyl is prepared. After filling the space and staying for more than a month, I decided to relocate because I wanted to live in Sokcho. I'm going to share this space with everyone. We hope that all the guests in this space will have everything here in Modney.

Cheongho House. A private accommodation with a yard near the beach

Come out of the apartment today and stay at Cheongho House, a private residence that smells of the sea. Open the gate and turn around to enter a small courtyard. Modni Sokcho [Healing Forest]

April 21 was a very dizzying time with the coronavirus. I've spent all the seasons in Sokcho since you've chosen to leave Seoul and set up your base in your usual dream Sokcho, starting with 'Sokcho Beach', the first store in Modni Sokcho, and ending with 'Second Story', the second store in Sokcho. In the small and small city, surrounded by mountains, sea, and lakes, all four seasons felt attached to their own colors, and the snow began to go to the mountains and lakes, not just the sea. Flagging in the sunlight [Yeongrang Peninsula]

It is a nice accommodation with a view of Yeongrang Lake and Seoraksan Mountain, which are seen through a large window where the warm sunlight fills the house. The spacious living room and bedroom are separated, so it is great for lovers, friends or family. The house has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, living room kitchen and veranda. There are two queen size beds in the bedroom, so there is no inconvenience when traveling with four people. You can lie in bed and watch TV, Netflix, etc. comfortably. There is a small terrace, so on a nice day, it is also good for a cup of tea with warm sunshine and nature. Just a short drive outside and downhill to the lake.
