'모드니 속초해변'과 같은 건물 구옥빌라를 리모델링하였습니다. 첫번째 컨셉은 해변과 어우러지는 라탄소재와 우드톤을 살려 러블리한 느낌을 강조했다면 두번째 이야기의 주제는 '미니멀'입니다. 요즘 각광받고있는 모듈가구와 어우러지는 모던함,화이트와 블루,옐로우의 화려하지만 차분한 색감,방 두칸의 문을 모두 철거하고 20평의 공간을 최소인원으로 넉넉히 사용하실 수 있습니다. 발코니 공간에 초록의 송림을 바라보고 있으면 벅차오르는 상쾌함, 1호점보다 쾌적하고 확트인 뷰는 근처의 속초해변 유명한 카페 보사노바의 그것과 같습니다.
