The rooms are approximately 132 square meters in size. There is also a bathroom on the first floor. Now, you no longer have to pick up market food and go to a distant accommodation to eat. Park your car comfortably in the free designated parking lot at Oshio Stay, and walk to get takeout of delicious food such as Dakgangjeong, sulppan, squid sundae, and Hoe Center, which are specialties of Sokcho! I think it is a space where modern people who are tired of stress can rest and recharge by doing what they want, such as sea fishing, walking in Yeongrang Lake, bathing, hiking in Seoraksan, visiting famous temples, and visiting the Unification Observatory. In particular, it is not a professional pension with multiple teams, but a space where only one team stays, so it will be a place where you can rest a little more quietly. Like the name of the accommodation (Birch and White), the interior furniture is made of birch wood, which is good for the body, and the walls are treated with clean white.
