A house on the lake between Berlin & Potsdam

This is a classic rbnb. We rent our private rooms to private individuals. Not to companies and fitters - please refrain from bookings that are not for yourself. Our vacation apartment is located directly on the lake, is renovated and equipped to a very high specification (approx. 90 square meters). There is a large double bed (200 x 200) and a sofa bed separated only by a CABINET sliding door. (No noise insulation - therefore not very soundproof). Mooring for boats by arrangement. It is 500 m to the Berlin city sign. To Wannsee train station 10 minutes by bus, and from there you can reach the main train station (Berlin) in 17 minutes. Please don't bring dogs. On TV there is an Amazon Fire TV Stick with movies in German and English. Romantic coach house next to the bridge of spies!

Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Ein Kamin im Wohnzimmer mit Kreuzgewölbe, 2 Schlafzimmer, Küche, ein Bad mit Badewanne, Dusche & WC sowie ein Gäste-WC sind über 3 Etagen und auf über 100qm verteilt. Die Sonnenterrasse ist mein 2. Wohnzimmer: Gemütlich draußen essen oder in der Lounge-Ecke bei einem Glas Wein entspannen – einfach das Leben genießen.

Bright, friendly place to stay

Beautiful attic room on the second floor of a charming old building in the Potsdam Berlin suburb with mini kitchen, bathroom and private entrance. Located not far from the international art and culture district of Schiffbauergasse, Glienicker Bridge and Heiliger See are also within walking distance. Directly opposite is an S-Bahn stop, with which the historic city center and the train station can be reached in a few minutes. Free parking is available along the street.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't large but has all the comforts without being fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. Berlin's center and Potsdam can be reached quickly. Private access, balcony with water views, terrace and garden all around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are on the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Apartment - central, cosy, accessible

The fully equipped accommodation is located on the ground floor with ground floor access. After a short walk (about 3 minutes) you can reach the accommodation by various public transport (regional train, tram, bus). You can do small shopping for food, flowers, books, pharmacy, bike rental, restaurants and pizza service within 200 meters to the accommodation. New from 09/ 2022: Optionally, 1 parking space can be booked on the property for 5.00€/night.

What a location; right next to Park Sanssouci! The apartment is located exactly where city and nature unite: historic buildings, pleasantly relaxed and yet secluded: Look forward to "Park Sanssouci" right on your doorstep (about 300 m walk). The cozy city center with the idyllic street and park cafes as well as shopping facilities can be reached in about five minutes with a nice walk, whereby the path leads through the historic old town.

Comfortable living in Villa at Park Sanssouci

In the beautiful city of Potsdam, directly at the park Sanssouci and right across from Schloss' Charlottenhof you will find our villa built around 1850. The holiday apartment on the ground floor is spacious and family-friendly. Bed linen and towels are provided accordingly. Within walking distance you can reach the supermarket and a bakery or café for breakfast. Dogs are welcome here. We are looking forward to your interest!

The Art-Quartier is located in the Potsdam Cultural Landscape in the immediate vicinity of Lake Jungfern. For 2 guests, the apartment offers a romantic and quiet place for complete relaxation. It is also an ideal starting point for excursions to the parks and castles. Cecelienhof Palace is, for example, only a 10-minute walk away. The historic city center offers all tourist amenities with a wide range of cultural activities.

Diese frisch renovierte 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon liegt mitten in Potsdam-Babelsberg. Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Vom Apartment aus erreicht man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Innenstadt von Potsdam in etwa 10 Minuten. Auch der S-Bahnhof Babelsberg ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort aus besteht mit der S7 eine direkte Verbindung nach Berlin.

Cozy and comfortable 2-room apartment.

My guest apartment offers 45 m² of space for 2-4 people. It is comfortably and modernly furnished and invites you to linger - so say my guests :-). After a long day of excursions, the separate bedroom allows you to retreat a little. The apartment also has its own kitchenette and shower room. For more than two guests, the sofa bed can be converted into a double bed.
