The house is about 300 m², fully furnished and equipped, on a 20,000 m² plot with lots of greenery and privacy, inside a condominium! Accommodates up to 14 people! There are 4 bedrooms (2 of which are en-suites), a swimming pool, fireplace, barbecue, bathtub, internet, bed and bath linens and a full kitchen! Pet friendly and surrounded by lots of greenery! The Sami house is located in the rural area of Juquitiba, in a space with 7 lakes, kayaks, vegetable garden, kiosk, hammock area, lots of Atlantic Forest and a shed for events. The property allows guests to develop activities, such as making pottery with clay from the lakes, tending the garden, planting their tree or seedling, making crafts with plants, bamboo, or even helping with bioconstructions. House surrounded by nature, sustainable, quiet, ideal for relaxing moments with the family. Access to the house is by a 150-step staircase, so it is not recommended for people with mobility issues. But when you get to the house, the effort will have been worth it! Wi-Fi is okay. The road to the site unfortunately does not have good conditions for rainy days, so if your car is not 4x4, it is strongly recommended to check the weather forecast beforehand.
