The apartment is very pretty. The mosaics are the eye-catcher. It is very clean and nicely decorated. The location is very quiet but close to the train station and the city. Felix and Cornelia are very warm hosts. I highly recommend the place. I'd love to come back.

We spent 5 nights in Simone's apartment and had a great time. The view from the balcony of Lake Thun and the mountains is beautiful and the apartment is superbly equipped. A perfect base for a hiking holiday in the surrounding mountains. We would definitely come :)

Bernhard is a great host, extremely helpful and friendly, very responsive. He has been very arranging with us. The flat was clean, nothing to complain about, the kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable with nice and fresh bed linens. The flat is nice and simple, like on the pictures, we felt home and it was a plus for our holidays. In addition, the surroundings were very quiet during the night. When we are visiting Bienne in the future, we will first try our chance renting Bernhard's flat before checking any other options. Thanks again Bernhard for your welcome!

Very nice and quiet place to stay. Line greeted us very kindly and had tips for activities nearby. Courgenay is very small and quiet, perfect for a break away from the hustle and bustle. The apartment offers everything you need, the bright bedroom, so to speak, in the middle of the garden is a highlight.

I felt at home and completely comfortable from the very first moment. Check-in via the keybox is super uncomplicated, the hosts are warm and accessible. Absolutely love the location and the views. Very peaceful to hear the cowbells and soak up the views on the patio. Lovely 15 minute walk to dinner at the dorint hotel restaurant and about an 8 minute walk to the bakery for breakfast. The host was super responsive and we are so glad we chose beatenburg over staying down in interlaken

Absolutely love staying at Akman’s place. The location and apartment was perfect - would definitely recommend to stay here if you are going to Basel. On top of that, Akman is very responsive and helpful. Thanks for being such a great host! Hopefully we can be back soon

Beautifully designed and spotless Airbnb in a peaceful location. All essentials were thoughtfully provided. Mike and Co. were incredibly friendly and helpful, while also respectful of privacy. A car is handy as it’s quite secluded, but perfect if you’re after a quiet escape. Aldi is about 20 mins away, and some restaurants and cafes within 15-20 mins drive also!

Marlise is so nice! She gave me 5FR directly when I said I had no coin for luggage deposit at the train station. She also helped me fill in the guest form since I forgot to do so. The house is located on a small hill. You need to climb around 15mins with your luggage to get there, that’s a bit exhausting. But the view is pretty nice, exactly the same as shown! You also need to bring your own shampoo and body wash.

Absolutely perfect Swiss chalet tucked away on the edge of the village. Stunning view of the 3 mountains, and well placed for various local walks as well as excursions further afield. Liza looked after us extremely well, always on hand for any problems (there were none!) or to help with any queries, and always with such good humour. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Stacey was a great host that met the us at the door and gave us helpful hints on things to do. The view from the porch was AMAZING and so peaceful. We spent almost every minute there when back from the very convenient hikes just a short way away. I would absolutely recommend staying here … literally can be in a hot tub looking up at Staubach Falls like it was your very own private waterfall.

Chuen was a great host and should be proud what he has done with his Swiss home. It’s a perfect accomodation to stay in a peaceful traditional place in Switzerland home, surrounded by mountains and beautiful scenery whilst having everything you need, including a kitchen, great bed and bathroom for exploring the Swiss landscape. The hike from the train station is a little steep for those with suitcases, but for those back packing it is worth it. Would recommend to anyone staying in Switzerland!

I had a great stay at Kilyan's! The accommodation was perfectly as advertised, very clean, well-equipped and perfectly located. The hospitality was warm, with great attention to detail.
