Amazing experience! Marcos is an excellent host, very concerned and friendly at all times. The house is located in a very quiet sector 5 minutes walk from Playa Grande, we did not need to move by car. The rooms are very comfortable. The morning coffee with the view from the hammocks…. I spent a few days in Daniel's apartment with my family and we really liked it. It is close to the beach and close to shopping, has beach service, ice machine and direct exit to the beach. Check-in and check-out were quick and without bureaucracy.

The apartment was clean and organized upon arrival, just like in the photos. The place is safe and the reception was smooth, the building staff are attentive. The host was attentive and responds quickly. The stay went well, apartment with sea view and close to the sand. I recommend it and I will come back more often.

Despite the cold, expected at this time, we managed to enjoy the island, hike the bonnet (Renata's recommendation) and still spend the day at the Porto do Engenho restaurant (also Renata's recommendation). The house itself met our needs well. It was easy to access. The only observation I would make is that it has stairs and elderly people or people with mobility difficulties may not be able to climb up to the rooms.

All IMPECCABLE! I rented this house to go with my husband, children (4 years and the other 6 months) and my parents. The house is super clean, organized and well equipped. There is nothing missing! The beach is close and the path is great, even for those with children (in my case even with a stroller). The condominium has friendly, attentive and helpful staff, especially Thiago. The swimming pool is a beachfront paradise is breathtaking. I have nothing to complain about because everything was perfect. We had blessed days, with great comfort and peace. I intend to return soon.

Everything was perfect. The house really is very good, comfortable, has everything you need and is very well located, less than 50 meters from the beach and next to the mall. Very faithful to the photos of the ad. Sônia attended to us very well, always responding politely and quickly. We will definitely return!

The house is airy, illuminated by natural light and provides constant connection with nature — whether in a bath overlooking the garden, relaxing on the sofa looking at the sky of Maresias or taking advantage of the pool surrounded by native vegetation. Everything was done with affection and attention to detail: the paintings, the decoration and the environment form a harmonious and engaging ensemble. The house is a foot in the sand, a few meters from the beach, with excellent location and easy access to bakery, post and other amenities. The condominium is organized, with entrance control, which brought me security, especially since it was the first trip with my daughter. And Daniel deserves to be highlighted: super helpful, attentive and available. A real host note 10!

I stayed for the second time at the house with my family. Perfect location facing one of the most beautiful and quiet beaches. Near the hospital, supermarket and several restaurants that you can walk. The house was very clean, just like the first time. Best home to stay on the coast!
