Holiday rentals with lake access in Jūrmala

We will have very happy memories of this stay, it started with a very pleasant and unexpected surprise at the welcome, I will not write what kind of surprise, because maybe the surprise is adapted to the arriving guests. Antra took care of every aspect of our expectations during our stay, the rooms nicely decorated, the bathroom in the old style, which suited us because they were very functional, clean everywhere. Close to the beach, a shortcut of about 3 minutes. Nice starting point for the bikes we had with us. Sharing the kitchen (fully equipped) was not at all problematic, and again a surprise at the end, this time with home-made product:) I have not mentioned the very interesting conversations with Antra, not only about what to see in the area, or in Riga, which, thanks to the train connection and the possibility of taking the bikes there, was an unforgettable experience. Many thanks once again!

Это был замечательный отпуск, дом очень уютный и стильный, в нем есть все необходимое для отдыха. Расположен в очень живописном месте, шикарная природа вокруг...лес, воздух, недалеко озеро! Коммуникация с Мартинсом была замечательной, реагировал сразу на все сообщения и помогал при решении наших вопросов!

Absolutely peaceful sorrounding area - quiet place with lake view from apartment. Apartment was perfect clean and host was very nice and responsive.

We had a wonderful stay at Andris' home. The hosts (Andris and Thomas) were super communicative before and during our stay, and Aivars, the neighbor who facilitated everything, was also extremely attentive and responsive. It was really nice to have a friendly face waiting for us at the end of a super long travel day, and after being out and about in a foreign city. It was apparent that Andris, Thomas, and Aivars went out of their way to be sure our trip was as good as it could be. We happened to be there during the "storm of the century," and Aivars texted us about it, cautioned us to stay home, and checked in the following morning. It was nice to have him around, but it wasn't intrusive. I The home was spotless, the location serene, and it was nice to be able to sit out on the deck in the mornings and evenings. I would definitely stay here again.

Отличный дом, чтобы провести время с друзьями! Очень живописное и тихое место. В доме было все необходимое, дом просторный, уютный, приятно находиться внутри.

Чудові затишні кімнати у чудовому затишному тихому поселенні. 20 хвилин пішки від електрички через невеличкий ліс. Від будинка 5 хвилин до річки, 15 хвилин до моря, 3 хвилини до супермаркету зі всім необхідним. Господарі дуже привітні, одразу все розказують і показують, допомагають зі всім, що може бути потрібно. Ідеальне місце для тихого відпочинку. Раджу. Примітка для українців, кому це може бути важливо: майже всі навколо розмовляють і/або розуміють російську.

Fantastic apartment - everything is brand new and in perfect condition. It actually looks even better than in the photos. The quality is well above what you usually find on Airbnb, so this place is a real gem. Excellent location as well. Highly recommended!

The location is just perfect, you literally live next door to the House of the Blackheads (one of Riga's main architectural attractions) and the Riga City Hall. The flat is quite comfortable, everything you need is in there: fully functional kitchen, bathroom, sleeping room with a working table etc. Linda is very nice and always responds to questions on the Airbnb chat (although i did not ask much since everything was pretty clear from the start).

The apartment was neat and clean. Had all the facilities needed for a short stay. The location is not too far from the city center and easy to find with Tram stop just outside the door as well as supermarkets around the corner. Luca communicated well with us and answered our questions quickly. The flat is price worthy.

We loved our stay at Aivijas place! Rooms were incredibly clean and well-maintained. We were especially impressed with how responsive and kind Aivija was throughout our stay. We loved hot tub and sauna! It was a highlight of our trip!

Что бы вы понимали к кому вы попадаете и не думали о возрасте который указан в профиле. Вячеслав - подтягивается 26 раз, занимается спортом, пишет книги и путешествует по миру (он был везде). Это прекрасный собеседник и гостеприимный хозяин. До старого города без проблем и пересадок ходит 40 автобус и 271 маршрутка. Остановка в 2-3 минутах ходьбы от дома. Лично меня Вячеслав выручил, я заселился в хостел в центре города, но хостел меня не устроил и я написал Вячеславу и уже следующей ночью спал спокойно и принимал душ без проблем и очередей. Всем легкой дороги!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay…. Location is great, rooms are well furnished and decorated. I loved the small details, like lightning outside in the evening or beautiful flowers in the hallway. Hostess was warm and welcoming despite of our late arrival. We definitely recommend the place to our friends and family.

Ainaviska, ļoti klusa, sakopta vieta. Bija jūtams mājīgums un plašums. Padomāts bija arī par bērniem. Noteikti iesakam šo vietiņu.

Enjoyed the big garden, the house was 10 min walk away from the sea and store was nearby. Very responsive and helpful host. Thanks for the stay.

Потрясающе красивый дом в солнечном сосновом лесу, совсем рядом с прекрасной Ригой. Можно просыпаться от солнца на щеке, завтракать не веранде, ужинать у камина. как в сказке.
