sehr nette Vermieter, wurden freundlich mit Wein und Blumen begrüßt. Wohnung wie beschrieben, alles sauber. Gute Lage Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nah, Strand, Restaurants per Rad in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Toller Sandstrand, viele tolle Ausflugsziele per Rad auf schönen Wegen erreichbar. Leiden ist sehr sehenswert nur 7km entfernt. Vermieter hat auch Tipps gegeben. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wohnung bietet ausreichend Platz auch für Räder im Garten.

De loft vonden wij sfeervol en het uitzicht op de tuin was mooi. Brigitte reageerde steeds vlot. Wellicht in de toekomst komen we nog eens terug zodat mijn man lekker kan hardlopen in de duinen 😉

Caroline, l’hôte, est très gentille. Elle nous a aidé à nous orienter pour l’épicerie, les resto etc. L’appartement a beaucoup de cachet. Il y a 2 escaliers assez étroits à monter avec les bagages. Il faut en être conscient. Le partage de la cuisinette avec la chambre voisine ne nous a pas poser de problèmes. Beaucoup de respect entre les visiteurs lors de notre passage. La vue de la chambre est splendide. Bien que ce soit au grenier, le climatiseur rend la pièce très confortable. La chambre est orientée ouest, coucher de soleil! Merci pour la belle découverte!

We had a lovely few days at Yvonne’s place, enjoying the beautiful and peaceful countryside from their really excellent apartment. The place was exceptionally clean, comfortable, quiet and fully equipped - perfect for our needs and with the benefit of a lovely outdoor space to enjoy hot days and warm evenings. We would certainly return. Yvonne and Rob were outstanding hosts - friendly, helpful and generous - and we are happy to recommend both them and their apartment.

If this listing is available, I recommend you book it, there is only positives to this place. Conveniently located with great views in a spacious and well decorated place, it felt like a home with reasonable setup for a baby (crib, gate at the stairs). Hosts are lovely and responsive. The place felt very safe.

The space is amazing with natural sunlight coming into the living room area. It is definitely big enough for 2 or 3 people. The kitchen has all the basics that are necessary for basic meals.

Merith's place was great -- super cute and right on the canal. Many shops and restaurants close by. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, there was a cool market across the canal, where you could get produce, nuts, cheese, fish, and a variety of goods. Her place is about 10-15 minute walk to the Leiden Centraal Station, which was very convenient. The public transport system in The Netherlands is excellent. We went to Amsterdam, Gouda, The Hague, Haarlem. And we were here during tulip season, so we went to Keukenhof Gardens twice. During this season, they run a bus from Leiden Centraal Station right to Keukenhof, easy. Merith's place was clean and well appointed, just as described. I recommend it!

Een heerlijk huisje op een rustige locatie, perfect om even tot rust te komen. De ligging is ideaal: je zit rustig, maar bent toch zo in verschillende leuke steden. Het huisje is mooi onderhouden, netjes en voorzien van alle comfort. Er is ook speelgoed aanwezig, wat het extra fijn maakt voor gezinnen met kinderen. De communicatie met de verhuurder verliep vlot en alles was heel flexibel geregeld. Wel even opletten met de trapjes als je met kleine kindjes komt. Kortom: een verzorgd, gezellig verblijf dat we zeker aanraden

Wir hatten 4 wunderbare Tage in Jakoliens Lodge. Eine traumhafte Lage direkt am See. Bei Interesse an Wassersportaktivitäten ist Jakolien sehr behilflich. Der Kontakt zu ihr war super nett und unkompliziert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit.

Pretty and very quiet country location, yet an easy drive to places such as Kinderdyke, Delft, Amsterdam, Leiden and the Louwman Museum. As two couples we appreciated having 2 full bathrooms and the spacious living room.

This is a spacious home in a quiet location about 25 mins outside Amsterdam. It does provide nice access to to many towns south of the main city and a quiet home base to come back to after exploring the sites each day.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt bei Nanette! Die Unterkunft war sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und genau wie beschrieben. Die Ausstattung der Küche war sehr gut. Auch die Matratzen (wir schliefen oben rechts) waren sehr gut und wir konnten gut darin schlafen. Nanette ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin, die sich viel Mühe gibt, damit man sich willkommen fühlt. Sie hat uns auch viele gute Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Das Haus liegt recht weit außerhalb. Für uns der Grund genau dieses Haus zu mieten. In der fußläufig gut zu erreichenden Brasserie an einem kleinen Hafen gibt es eine kleine Auswahl an gut schmeckenden Speisen. Auch ein kleiner Supermarkt ist mit dem Fahrrad in circa 10 Minuten erreichbar. An manchen Tagen (je nach Wetterlage) kam es im Bad zu einem kleinen Geruchsproblem aus dem Abflussrohr. Wir werden dennoch auch in Zukunft in Betracht ziehen dieses Haus zu mieten.

Wir waren super zufrieden mit der Unterkunft und der Kommunikation mit Hanneke und Bart. Ein Checkin über eine Schlüsselbox wäre natürlich noch flexibler - ich verstehe aber, dass der Weg mit Begleitung von Bart deutlich leichter zu finden war. Er war sympathisch und immer gut erreichbar! Auch war es kein Problem, dass wir (leider) im Stau steckten und später kamen. Das Haus ist toll, idyllisch, gut ausgestattet und für ein ruhiges Wochenende (wobei ja auch Städte direkt um die Ecke sind) absolut zu empfehlen. :)

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, aufgrund des guten Wetters konnten wir auch den gepflegten Garten nutzen. Die Rahmenbedingungen passten, Dea ist sehr freundlich und hatte gute Tipps, z.B. für die Nutzung des ÖPNV. Die Umgebung ist idyllisch, die nähere Umgebung bietet ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants, parken direkt am Haus und nächtliche Ruhe sind ebenfalls inbegriffen. Für manche vielleicht wichtig: Wenn beide Zimmer vergeben sind, teilt man sich das Bad und den Nebenraum mit Geschirr, Esstisch, usw.. Da wir alleinige Nutzer waren, haben wir dies ebenfalls als sehr angenehm empfunden.

Pauline and Mèhdi are excellent hosts: their flat is beautiful and good value in a very convenient location on the canal, with a lovely view. They were very accommodating of my schedule and helpful when I was unwell. I highly recommend this place.

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in toller Lage. Mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto alles super zu erreichen. Bei Fragen wurde immer super schnell geantwortet und immer direkt geholfen.

Super fijn weekend gehad! De kamer was heel gezellig en sfeervol. De jacuzzi was geweldig, perfecte temperatuur en goed beschut geplaatst tussen 't groen en de sfeerverlichting. We hebben erg genoten! De accomodatie ligt in een mooi gebied, buiten de drukte van Leiden waar je zo bent.

Great stay! The apartment is centrally located on a beautiful canal. Despite being on the ground floor, it felt very private. Quiet, lovely design, comfortable--and a very responsive and helpful host who went above and beyond. We hope very much to return again!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Check-in war super einfach und es war gut beschrieben wo wir hin mussten. Von dort aus konnten wir sehr gut jeden Tag zum Strand gehen und in die Stadt gelangen. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt :)

Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende bei Katy und es war traumhaft. Man ist in drei Minuten am Strand und hat Beachbars wie bspw. das Branding direkt vor der Haustür. Die Wohnung ist sauber und wie beschrieben. Klare Empfehlung für einen Aufenthalt in Nordwijk.

This apartment is an interesting mix of the old and the new. It is a refurbished place in the attic on the top floors of a very old Dutch house. Hence, some things are very rustic: rough-hewn timber beams, low ceilings, and sloping unlevel floors. Other things are very new and modern: updated kitchen and bathrooms. The location is absolutely perfect for enjoying Leiden. Communication with the owner was outstanding. Highly recommended.
