Welcome to Mukkinen! This unique guest house with sauna is located on the shore of a quiet lake in the middle of the forest. Here's a place where you can admire the northern lights right from your bed. In addition, you have a wonderful wood-fired sauna with a view of the lake from the benches. All the large windows of the guest house face the lake, so you can admire the scenery day and night. In addition, the guest house also has a small kitchen where you can also cook if necessary. The property is located 10 kilometers from Ivalo.

The cottage has a brand new interior and a renovated sauna (with its own entrance) with an eco toilet, in summer only the outdoor eco toilet is in use. Our cottage is located in a unique quiet place, by the lake. Near the wilderness of Lapland, it's still easily accessible by car. In the warmth of our cottage, it's easy to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature in the ever-changing landscape of large windows. Enjoy the quiet. Admire the Northern Lights. Skiing and snowshoes can be accessed directly from the yard. In the summer, you can fish, row, or paddle on the lake, or take a dip from your own dock. You'll also have access to a BBQ house sauna.

Nice apartment and meeting with happy reindeer

The apartment is renovated in the year 2017 and it is a part of the bigger building. It is located 400 meters from our home ( and the lake), 18 km from Inari (nearest grocery and restaurants) and 350 km from Rovaniemi. In the apartment you will find all normal facilities and sauna. This is a good place to see Northern Lights and beautiful nature is around you here. If you are interested to see how people really live in Lappland, but you also appreciate your own peace, this place is for you.

Siulakumpu Cabin

This unique and peaceful holiday destination is easy to relax in. From the cabin's outdoor hot tub, you can look up at the sky and admire the northern lights! The property is perfect for two, but also suitable for four people. The cottage is equipped with a high-quality kitchen, one bedroom and a separate sauna building with a toilet and shower. Arctic Light Hut

It is easy to relax in this unique and peaceful holiday destination. Wooden-framed, partially glass-roofed northern lights hut, built in 2019. Perfect for observing the northern lights and the starry sky indoors in winter. Glass roof on the north side. In summer, the hut is illuminated by the summer night sun. The hut has two beds under a glass roof, a kitchen area, a washroom/toilet and a wind closet. The glass roof has heating, which keeps it bright despite the weather.

NEW FOR 2026: A gorgeous fireplace has been installed in the living room of the villa. A modern, fully equipped villa next to the Kiilopää fell, less than a 10-minute walk from Urho Kekkonen National Park. Very quiet location. Equipment rental and a´la carte restaurant can be found within walking distance. Saariselkä's ski slopes and other services can be found within a 20-minute drive. The villa is suitable for a couple, family or group of friends.

This is the best spot to watch aurora borealis over open sky on your own private dock. We have decorated the room called Fisu with Finnish design.
