Our location is in Şile Karacaköy, between Şile Center and Ağva, at the same distance to both centers. The distance from the sheep to the house seen in the photos is 5 minutes on foot. There are food and beverage venues and a beach on the coast. It is also close to Ağva Kilimli Koyuna Hacilli Waterfall. There is a semi-olympic pool and it is suitable for hijab. NOTE: (THE POOL IS HEATED, THERE IS NO CHLORINE, THERE IS A SALT DEVICE, IT DOES NOT DAMAGE YOUR EYES AND SKIN, UP TO 24/33 degrees, THERE IS AIR CONDITIONING IN EVERY ROOM FOR PRIVATE PARTIES

In this peaceful accommodation, which is generally preferred by families and large groups of friends, you can relax by the stream, sip your tea, have pleasant conversations around the fire pit, cook chestnuts or sausage bread, and light your own barbecue. Due to the high demand from our guests, our giant outdoor jacuzzi for 6 people is now in service. Who wouldn't want to relax in a bubbly, hydromassage, waterfall hot jacuzzi even if it snows. Cold training in the pool after the jacuzzi is especially recommended.

Tiny Ballıca is located within the borders of Ballıca Village, 15 mins from Sabiha Gökçen Airport and Viaport Shopping Center and 5 mins from Intercity İstanbul Park. Being very close to the city makes it possible to get away from the crowd and meet with nature and calmness whenever you want. Our tiny house has an open kitchen, a double bedroom on the loft floor, a bathroom and has its own patio. With fireplace & air condition, the house is ideal for both summer and winter getaways.

The location of the space, the surroundings, the structure style, and even the color of the wall, the concrete pile we often encounter, are different from the ugly structures to us and most of our guests. I think it deserves a peaceful place to be relatively isolated from its surroundings, silence, lots of light, and airy. Our fully elevated walled space provides our guests with maximum privacy and security.

Our bungalow house is right in the heart of the forest, where the residential area, which is 5 km from the center of Ağva, meets the forest. It is easy to get to the cabin. It offers you a comfortable accommodation in nature with its breezy breeze, pleasant forest smell, bird sounds and unique views of oak, chestnut and linden trees. It is 90 km from the center of Istanbul and 25 km from Şile.

For couples & families with great view and garden

It is in a summer houses neigborhood between Sile and Agva. There is Mavi Koy beach in 15 min on foot. You can discover the town Agva. Check the guideline. It is not permetted only for the male groups. You may enjoy the Fireplace in the winter garden in the summer. BBQ available in the garden. Hope to host you.
