Alper and Banu are proactive hosts. They are friendly and caring hosts ensuring things are well for you. The location is right at Taksim square however when travelling with I suggest you to take a cab as the house is at uphill. Also the house is spacious however and pretty. There are very good restaurants and cafes around and the house is at a happening place. Alper ensured we feel at home despite language barrier.

Apartments are beautiful, large, and in a great location - we really loved our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to friends! Things to know: the two floors are totally separate apartments; they are pretty anonymous rental flats in terms of what to expect in the kitchen; we experienced some cultural differences around checkout and other communication, but no major issues; the offered airport pickup required that we wait around the airport for about 40 minutes but was otherwise easy

The apartment was spacious and quiet. Very well equipped and beautifully decorated. The immediate surroundings with graffiti looked less inviting, but this seems to be common in most of Cihangir. Overall we loved staying here and recommend the apartment.

The house has everything for a mid-long term stay, including cooking utensils, basic ingredients like salt, sugar, oil and spices. It also has dishwasher and washing machine. The garden green is very relaxing. 5 minutes walk from supermarket, 5 to 7 minutes walk to bank, ATM and metro station. Also walking distance from the colorful houses on vibrant Kuzguncuk street. Loved our stay. Seda is very kind and made sure that we have a comfortable stay with our baby. She also allowed a late check out. I will book this place again.

Really super host. Everything was very convenient, ready to help with all questions, very sensitive and responsive. The apartment has everything you need for living, clean and tidy, the apartment is in a quiet place, but at the same time very close to a large pedestrian street with a huge number of establishments and entertainment.

The listing was exactly as described, and we were so impressed that we decided to extend our stay. The area is conveniently located within walking distance of popular attractions like the Galata Tour, Galata Port, and the Egyptian Spice Market. Moreover, the neighborhood boasts a vibrant food scene that offers a wide variety of culinary delights. However, it’s worth noting that the area has several steep hills, so it’s advisable to pack light and comfortable footwear for your exploration.

15 min walk to Beyoglu. Felt like at home, the kitchen was quite well equipped. Building has good facilities, there are a mini market and a bakery in the site.

We stayed for 3 nights at this place, but I wish it had been longer. I can truly say it was one of the best accommodations we’ve ever experienced. Istanbul is a vibrant city full of hustle and bustle, but the apartment was in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to facilities and amenities. Fatih is the best host ever—he was available instantly and always responded to our questions right away. The apartment was clean, secure, and had a beautiful view of the city. It also offered spacious parking. It’s definitely worth the price you pay. Don’t hesitate to book this place! ☺️

It's really an incredible place in a word. The house was great, much bigger than we expected and all the items are new . TV , internet Everything works smoothly. The bed was so comfortable that I asked Burak where he got it from 😊 Host Burak is a living legend . Whenever I texted, she was responsive in a second and you could always text or call me 24 hours a day. Also Burak has a grocery store on the lobby floor. This grocery store has good prices and everything. This guy is a legend, really thanks to you, Burak, I will definitely come back.

Nice place kind owner

The apartment is in a great location in Kadiköy, just a few minutes walk from the ferries as well as the metro. Numerous shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. Everything you need is available. We felt very comfortable here from the beginning. Highly recommend!

Clean and a peaceful place for stay🤩

We spent two weeks in this place where we were working remotely. The living room is very nice and the double bedroom is comfortable. No problem with the wifi connection whether for computers or for Netflix on the TV. The kitchen could just have a little more stoves to be really perfect. As for the neighborhood, access to Moda and its small streets is on foot. There is a train station nearby to get to the European shore in 40 minutes. There's also a hypermarket and shopping mall where you can shop for a reasonable price. Thank you Batuhan for this stay! The host responds in a few hours or even a few minutes if there are any problems.

Clean, tidy, away from noise; but also central. The only problem is that the phone is shooting close to the glass. But I didn't have any problems because there was internet.
