Eine wundervolle Villa, der es an nichts fehlt! Sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Alles, innen wie außen, ist wie auf den Bildern, die definitiv nicht zu viel versprechen! Man hat einen schönen Blick auf Kalamaki und das Meer. Und man hat definitiv seine Ruhe. In der Stadt findet man tolle, landesübliche Restaurants. Das nahegelegene Matala ist definitiv auch einen Besuch wert! Marina und ihr Team sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können Haus und Vermieter nur weiterempfehlen! Wir sagen danke!

Eine unglaublich tolle Villa mit vier Schlafzimmern (eines sogar gänzlich separat), großem Wohnbereich und einem Pool. Dazu sehr große eine voll ausgestattete Küche sowie Terassenbereiche mit Tischen, Stühlen und Liegen. Perfekt für bis zu 8 Personen. Die Lage im Ort ist super und es gibt 3 eigene Parkplätze. Viele Restaurants sind im Ort zu Fuß schnell erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder anreisen.

Das tolle Haus, mit dem Pool befindet sich in einer unglaublich schönen, ruhigen Umgebung. Man ist sehr privat. Wir ( 6 Personen) haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Die Fotos sind real. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich mit frischem Obst, besonders lecker die Zitronen, und frischem Wasser. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Es ist ein Luxus, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch, ebenso der Sternenhimmel jede Nacht. Restaurants sind in 10 min zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen. Christos und Giorgos sind sehr herzliche Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation war schnell und unkompliziert. Ein wirklich schöner Urlaub zum abschalten und genießen.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa! The house is truly luxurious, in perfect condition, and tastefully designed with great attention to detail. The layout of the rooms is simply brilliant — spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. The heated pool was one of our favorite features — always at the perfect temperature to cool down and unwind at any time of the day. The location couldn’t be better: just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, where you’ll find plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and shops. A very special thank you to our amazing hosts! They were incredibly warm, welcoming, and always just a message away. Every little question or request was answered within minutes — we felt truly taken care of from the very first moment. We can highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect holiday on Crete. We would love to come back anytime! Thank you so much, Eleni&Georgios!

Our stay at HotelPraxis was incredible and Polimnia was the most gracious host I have experienced in my 10 years in Airbnb. She was close by but never intrusive, left snacks, fruits and water in the fridge, dropped eggs off, recommended restaurants and incredibly, made baked goods of some traditional Greek treats that were so delicious. My family was overwhelmed by the beauty and privacy of the Blue Lake Villa. And the home is lovely, fluffy towels, great water pressure, comfortable beds. What a treat! We will definitely return! I highly recommend.

Our family had an unforgettable stay at Nikos Villa in Matala, and we can’t recommend it highly enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The villa is beautifully maintained, spotlessly clean, and perfectly equipped for a comfortable family holiday. The location is ideal—just a short distance from the beach and the charming village center, where we enjoyed local tavernas, shops, and the famous Matala caves. Despite being so close to everything, the villa is peaceful and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The swimming pool was spotless,and the patio was perfect for morning coffee and evening drinks. What made our stay truly special was Nikos’ hospitality. He was always available for any questions and gave us great tips. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his guests’ experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful, family-friendly place in southern Crete , look no further than Nikos Villa. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

The house is simply gorgeous. Our family had a wonderful Christmas holiday here. The host was very generous with items in the refrigerator and a well stocked kitchen. Lots of recommendations of places to eat in the area. Michael met us in the driveway upon arrival and showed us everything in the house, that was very kind. Especially loved access to the washer and dryer because we were traveling with kids. It was too cold to use the pool, but if you are here when it is warm, it would be such delight.

Die Villa ist wunderschön und sehr luxuriös. Sie liegt traumhaft auf einer Anhöhe mit herrlichem Blick auf die Gegend und das Meer. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten am wunderschönen Strand. Es ist extrem Ruhig , man kann sich auf einer der 2 Terassen sehr gut entspannen. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Die Begrüßung und Einführung war sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns sehr über diverse Lebensmittel und Gastgeschenke gefreut. Eigentlich wollten wir gar nicht mehr nach Hause fahren. Vielen Dank noch mal für die Gastfreundschaft!

מאד נהנינו בחופשה בבית זה הכל היה נקי ומסודר. הבריכה מדהימה והחצר מפנקת. המארחים מאד נחמדים ואדיבים. השירות היה יותר מן הכלל. היתה לנו בזכותם חופשה מושלמת. ממליצה מאד על הבית ומקווה לחזור להתארח בו.

Die Unterkunft entsprach exakt der Beschreibung und sah aus wie auf den Fotos. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und haben vor allem den Garten mit dem großen Pool geliebt. Unsere Gastgeberin, Laura, war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und sehr freundlich.

Loved this villa and hope to be back sometime in the future. It is just like the pictures. Ideal for the beach and restaurants as no need for a car. Host was very accommodating and let us leave our cases in the villa as we had a late flight.

We were two families together and we had an AMAZING stay. Stunning property, everything about the stylish and gorgeous Villa Lagremha is top quality, from the meet and greet, the beds, and the furnishings etc. Extremely well equipped and thought out place. The pool was incredible, delightful views in a spectacular location to get away from it all. The tavernas and beaches around were wonderful. Emmanuel & Yannis and their team were very attentive, they messaged to ask if all was well for us and responded to a query of mine immediately. Highly highly recommended, would give 10 ⭐️ if I could. We will be back!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser traumhaften Villa in der Nähe von Plakias! Die Unterkunft war bestens ausgestattet – es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche war voll eingerichtet, alles war sauber und gepflegt, und auch kleine Details waren durchdacht. Besonders hervorzuheben sind der herrliche Pool und die atemberaubende Aussicht – perfekt, um zu entspannen und den Tag ausklingen zu lassen. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch gut angebunden. Plakias mit seinen nahegelegenen Stränden, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist schnell erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können diese Villa absolut empfehlen – ein echter Geheimtipp für einen erholsamen Urlaub auf Kreta!

This is a 10/10 Villa. We have travelled a lot and this is by far the best Villa we have stayed in. We were a family of 9 (5 adults and 4 children aged 2, 4, 9 and 11). The views are stunning, the pool is big, all the rooms have private bathroom. Jacuzzi is also perfect for when the sun goes down! Theo was a wonderful host helping us, giving good recommendations and suprising as with some nice gestures. This Villa really is a Gem as the name suggests. As for the surroundings - it is 100% private! For me the best part was that there is a nice local village to walk to every night. There are some amazing Tavernas/Restaurants with delicious food and reasonable prices (also a mini-market). There is also a nice beach with a good restaurant and a nice cozy beach bar - it is only a 10 minute walk from the villa. And if you rent a car then it is a 10 minute ride to the Rethymnon old town, which is also a very nice place with lots of shops and restaurants. The Villa was worth every euro!

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Great location with it only being a 15 minute drive to Rethymno centre. Great facilities at the house, the pool & hot tub are a great addition to your stay. Check-in/check-out was made super easy with great communication between all parties involved. Would 100% recommend & return in the future :)

Can’t say enough positive things about Anna and Costa’s villa. We had an amazing stay. The villa was clean, spacious and in excellent condition - just like the photos. The pool was fab. Anna & Costa’s local recommendations were great. The whole family enjoyed the trip - thank you so much!

⭐ 5/5 A wonderful Villa stay, thoughtful and relaxing! We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful very private Villa. The setting was peaceful and very relaxing especially beside the beautiful pool. The Villa was spotlessly clean, spacious, and incredibly well stocked with everything we needed to get us started. From everyday essentials like tea, coffee, water, and soft drinks, to beer, kitchen supplies, and plenty of fresh towels, the hosts had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and stress free. Theodora was very responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, offering great local recommendations in Pitsidia village, ‘The Bakery’, ‘Raftis’ etc and other beautiful Cretan restaurants in nearby villages, all which were very much appreciated and easy to get to by car also. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. A true gem!

We loved everything about our stay and really enjoyed the big pool to relax and calm down. It was sunny all day with enough shady places. The place is even more beautiful than on the pictures and offers everything you may need during your stay. The kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, enough dishes, glasses and even a sandwich maker 😁 The whole house was perfectly clean! We also would like to mention that the owner was super friendly, helpful, answered our messages fast & gave us some good recommendations where to go for nice beaches etc. The house kinda is in the middle of nowwhere which makes it super quite with a lot of privacy. Still it only takes you around 15 minutes to beaches and bigger shops, restaurants and so on which was perfect for us. We would love to come back again!

We had an amazing week at the Villa with 3 generations of our family, 6 adults and one toddler. There was plenty of space for us all and plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. The Villa really is a home from home. The road to the Villa is unfinished so if hiring a car pick an 4x4 or SUV. You can manage without a car as there is a supermarket 10 min walk away and a few restaurants in the village. The Villa has an amazing view, and we experienced stunning sunsets looking out to the sea.

We stayed at this beautiful villa with our adult children and an older parent, and it exceeded our expectations. Perched high above Moires, it offers stunning views of the valley and distant mountains. The villa is exactly as shown, with a fantastic outdoor pool, lovely gardens, and an outdoor kitchen featuring a gas grill and wood-fired pizza oven. Inside, everything was clean and well-presented, complete with a wonderful welcome pack. All the rooms were just as advertised, with quality linens and towels. George, the owner, was incredibly attentive, communicating effectively and even cooking delicious Cretan meals for us on several evenings. He also shared great recommendations for local trips, restaurants, and beaches. I can’t recommend this villa enough—it’s perfect, and I can’t wait to return!

Wir waren als Gruppe mit 8 Personen (4 Paare) unterwegs und waren durchweg begeistert von der Unterkunft. Die Villa entsprach genau unseren Vorstellungen und ist ideal zum Entspannen, Spaß haben und um Zeit mit Freunden zu verbringen. Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig inmitten der Hügel mit einzigartigem Blick auf das offene Meer. Von der Straße hört man, auch wenn man am Pool liegt, wenig bis gar nichts. Nach einer kleinen Herausforderungen zum Start, da die Vormieter den Schlüssel nicht wie vereinbart in der Schlüsselbox hinterlegt hatten, konnten wir die Zeit sehr genießen. Hier hat die Kommunikation mit Stelios und seinem Team super funktioniert und es konnte alles schnell gelöst werden. Alles in allem war es ein super Aufenthalt und wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Highlight ist natürlich auch der Holzkohlegrill, der eigentlich täglich zum Einsatz gekommen ist. Fazit: Absolute Empfehlung!

Schönes und sauberes Apartment, dass mit allem ausgestattet ist was nötig ist. Highlight: Der Pool mit Meerblick. In Gesamten eine sehr schöne und erholsame Zeit, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Voula is an exelend host. From the first time we arrived we had a warm welcome and given exactly details about the house and the area. The house was amazing at the top of the hill, with a stunning view of the mountains and the sea. Also, it was fully equipped and clean. I high recommend this place for someone who want to relax, enjoy the view and spent his vacations close to the area of kamilari and matala. I will definitely visit this place again sometime.
