Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven or wireless internet but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wired internet. Large TV with movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

For couples wanting a romantic escape. Relax and unwind in this bespoke Tiny House overlooking the Kalgan River. Located on 30ac we are a small working farm. Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

Enjoy downtime in this stunning 2 storey ADULTS only house with views to die for! Short 500m walk to the main street where there is everything you need. Very quiet location in a cul de sac. All linen and towels supplied. Upstairs is the main bedroom with en-suite including a bath. The kitchen, dining room and lounge are also upstairs. Downstairs is another bedroom with the main bathroom, another lounge plus the laundry. There are decks both upstairs and down to soak in those views.

Wolfe’s Landing is a beautifully rustic and quirky home overlooking the spectacular Nenamup Inlet. This chalet is named after the original Wolfes Landing - now the Albany jetty – which was the embarkation point for soldiers heading to Gallipoli. Timbers rescued from this jetty are the signature feature of this chalet, and are a poignant and constant reminder of those who have gone before us.
